During this bitter cold weather one of our pipes froze up in one in one of the 3 zones in our boiler. I called JV Mechanical and told them the problem and they sent someone over early the next day. Luke did a great job explaining to us what he’d be doing and diagnosed the problem quickly (outside hole in the wall letting cold air in) something nether one of us could see after living here 25 years. After dethawing the pipe he also patched up the hole in the outside wall which was difficult to get to. We were VERY happy with the job Luke did. this was the third semi-emergency this company helped us out of and we were very appreciative of the fast efficient service and would highly recommend them to anybody in a fix looking to have the job done correctly.

I was the Webster area "GasGuy" for 40+ years, during which time I met and worked with many wonderful local plumbers. JV Mechanical is my "go to" contractor for any plumbing & heating needs. They are very competent, up-to-date, and professional. They fix it correctly and thoroughly the "first time I call". And, Joe, Victor and their entire team are NICE people! I unconditionally recommend them.

Found JV Mechanical after looking for a Mitsubishi heat pump installer. They were very easy to get into contact with throughout the entire process and answered any questions I had, and were even able to be flexible with their installation schedule to better meet my situation.

All of their work was high quality, they were able to meet all of my installation requests when it came to where the hoses and drain pipes went, and were very helpful going through the entire Mass Save rebate program for their heat pumps.

Just make sure to touch base with the installation crew before they start work the day of if you made any special requests to make sure everyone is on the same page. Additionally, do a final walkthrough, as with the Mass Save rebate, my boiler needed to be electrically disconnected, and we caught it during the walkthrough and it was done before they left.

Had my boiler replaced by Sean and his crew. VERY professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and polite. They were also very sensitive to being as minimally inconvenient as possible. Also, everything was labeled, along with a literature box they installed on the wall !!

They installed a three zone mini split at my home in less than a day. They are very fast and efficient. They also helped set up the app for me on my phone and demonstrated how to use it. They are very helpful and great to work with from start to finish. They have also been a great help with submitting my MassSave rebate information. I will recommend them to everyone.

From start to finish, the team at JV Mechanical was great to work with. I've shopped around for heat pumps and they are by far, the most professional and fairly priced contractors I found. My electrician referred me and I am so happy he did. If you want excellent customer service, fair pricing and professional work, look no further!

They helped quicky and fixed the issue. I am extremely appreciative of their help. Seeing so many of their positive Google reviews beforehand made the situation a little less stressful. Service from path to purchase was great working with Colette over the phone and the hvac technicians were quick, flexible, accommodating, and efficiently fixed the issue. Will be reccommending them and working with them again in the future.

Billy and his crew were amazing! I found them through my store where they were installing an industrial AC unit. When I saw the work they did there, I had no problem asking him to do mine. The job at my house was done clean and professional with clear consistent communication along the way. Billy is a bit of a neat freak, which sparks his high attention to detail. They left my "boiler room" far better off than when they found it! Thank you so much guys for your hard work!! Anyone looking for a AC/boiler guy.....Dynasty Comfort Solutions all the way!!

My first time working with Dynasty. Saying we were pleased with the service would be an understatement. First they arrive when they say they'll be there. Next, it was obvious that they knew what they are doing. They fixed an issue that another large Auburn company had trouble diagnosing. They completed the repair and then went on to do preventive Maintanance on both our heat pump systems. In closing, they presented me with a bill that is significantly less than the other company. We have committed and will switch companies immediately. We highly recommend and encourage others to give Dynasty your business.
