Great experience from start to finish...I was given 2 options for a new heating system and chose the tankless boiler...team showed up when they said they would and took only 2 days to remove my old system and install the new one...They even hooked up a temporary hot water tank so we wouldn't be without hot water overnight..After installation was complete pictures were sent and place was left spotless...I would highly recommend Billy and his team of guys...I am a firm believer you get what you pay for...thanks again

After much research, I opted to install a heat pump interviewing multiple contractor's and selected Dynasty Comfort Solutions. Bill from Dynasty was the only contractor to really explain heat pumps to me, discuss the many different options and helped me to decide the best option for my home. He took the time to help me navigate the interest free loan program through MassSave as well as the rebate program and provide me with all the necessary documents needed to complete the applications. His crew arrived when they said and completed the job when they said. They were clearly experienced professionals who did meticulous work and were a pleasure to work with. The very first night it was 15 degrees outside and the unit worked perfectly keeping the entire house at the set 70 degrees! Couldn't be happier with Dynasty Comfort Solutions!!

Billy and the crew were excellent, professional, fast, and clean. They finished the job fast , installing two central AC/heat pump systems in our 1830s house. Billy suggested registers that match the historic character of the house. The duct work is well positioned, and it does not interfere with our use of the basement or attic. And all done at a fair price! We are glad to ditch our window units!!!

Billy and his crew are awesome! I will be using him again, and would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family. We needed a boiler install on short notice in order to list our home for sale. He fit us in his very busy schedule within a few days and it was done well before our listing! Not only that, but the crew did an amazing job installing a beautiful boiler system at a reasonable price. See the pics for yourself! I rarely give positive reviews due to time and I am very picky with quality of work, service, professionalism, and the way a contractor treats their customer in general. Awesome experience with Michael. He came out to help with the heat pumps and I should have called him last time I had an issue. He found a wire chewed by mice, received a new one the next day and that afternoon we were up and running.
Michael is a wicked nice guy, explained what was going on, and will be our go to guy for anything HVAC.

Michael Williams was recommended by a friend here in Woodstock,, and I am so thankful for that recommendation. He came out when he said he would, confirmed that I needed a whole new system, and got the ball rolling immediately. Communication was impeccable, and he (and his wife) were a pleasure to deal with! He took care of the permits and getting the electrician, and it all went perfectly. I highly recommend Michael Williams HVAC!!

After 3 quotes from other plumber and Big Box store. Josh and the team at Above & Beyond Plumbing where the only ones that came out and took a looked what they had to do for an honest quote. So there were no surprises. They installed my new gas water heater, it only took a day other than the city inspection. I am very happy with the work they did and I would highly recommend Above & Beyond Plumbing and Heating.

I recently had some plumbing work done on a few bathrooms, from rough plumbing to the finish product. It’s hard to find a good, reliable plumber. Besides showing up on time (which to me is a first), he was very professional, polite and respectful me and to the clients. Kept a clean job site when he was done at the end of the day. You can always tell when a person doesn’t care about his work from a person who cares. Josh cared. He was the type of guy that chose quality first over everything. Highly recommend!

I had an issue with my main water shut off valve in my house and I contacted Above & Beyond to fix the issue. Josh got right back to me and came out the next day to take a look at the issue. He did a great job and definitely would contact him again about any future plumbing needs!

Josh is very professional and kept me informed on different water heater models when mine needed a replacement. He kept me updated through the entire process, from setting up my appointment and bringing in the new water heater to replace the old one and explaining process for rebate submission. The quality of work with respect to the install is really neat. When the water heater had an alert message on my app, after 11 months from install date, Josh was easily reachable on the phone. Josh not only answered my questions on the phone but also checked the unit himself to ensure everything is working as expected. I highly recommend him for any plumbing and water heater installation.

I am beyond happy with my experience with Above and Beyond. Josh was courteous and professional. He came when he said he would and he left my home in better shape than when he arrived (even vacuumed when some insulation spilled from the attic). We were having a problem with the a/c and when there was still an issue afterward, he got someone there right away to check it, fix the issue and it was a REALLY hot day. He even called afterward to check up on the issue. I am very very happy with Josh and my a/c and heating systems are running at top notch!!!

Josh is a great plumber. We had a flooded basement for 4 days in two weeks and he figured out our problem within an hour. It was a problem with the furnace and no one else could figure it out. He's my new plumber.

Josh did an excellent job installing a new water heater for me. He was responsive, professional, reasonably priced, and a decent guy too. He answered any questions I had, made suggestions, and did an excellent job on very short notice. I would absolutely contact him again in the future!

Very professional and honest plumber. We had a basement sump pump stop working after less than a year after Josh installed it after the first flood. Although it was not Josh's fault it broke (too many power outages!), he came and replaced it without charging for labor. Would definitely use him again.

Josh provided plumbing services for our Worcester kitchen remodel. Of the 3 plumbers I met with, he was the most professional and had the best price (and was on budget).
