This was the second time I’ve used O’Lynn roofing and both experiences have been 5 star. Jimmy and Dan were very helpful and delivered excellent work. I had two skylights replaced and their work was done in a day.
Great company. Definitely recommend.

The quality of work of the O'LYN crew was outstanding and the cleanup was impeccable. The job was completed within the timeframe I requested and with amazing efficiency given that four structures and 7,000 sq. ft. of roof were completed.

O’Lyn recently replaced a flat rubber roof on my house. They really did a great job. The team was professional and efficient in doing the work. There are always surprises in working on a 1920’s era house, but they figured it all out. The weather did not cooperate with us, but John really went the extra mile to get the job done as quickly as possible. Thanks!

On President’s Day, after hours of freakishly strong winds, I noticed about ½ dozen roof shingles in my backyard. In looking at my roof from afar, I could not see any obvious bare spots where shingles may have come loose, but I didn’t want to take any chances given all the rain we keep getting so I called O’Lyn to have someone scope it out. Steven came over and I showed him the shingles and he noticed another spot on the roof where a stray shingle was lying. Only after getting up on top of the roof was Steven able to find the issue. The very peak of where are roofline of front and back meet at the apex, there was about a 5-6 foot section of missing shingles. I never would have been able to see where these shingles had blown off without Steven’s assistance. He replaced the shingles no problem and now I type this review and I hear rain falling on our skylights, I am very glad we called O’Lyn and Steven was able to resolve our situation!

The flat roof on my sunroom had a poor repair after tree damage about 5 years ago and was leaking. O'Lyn rep came promptly, assessed what was needed, explained all procedures, and expedited the replacement. Workers were prompt, capable, and friendly - and I am assuming the roof will hold up well for a long time.

Byron's team of roofers worked hard long days without complaint and finished the job as stated, despite the cold!! The cleanup was also very thorough.

I had my roof replaced by O’LYN Roofing. I am completely satisfied with the work. The workers arrived early and ready to complete the job. The Field Supervisor, John Olen kept me informed throughout the day on the progress of the roof replacement and the job was completed in a reasonable amount of time.

I am writing to endorse anyone who wants quality roofing service to use O'Lyn Roofing. My experience with them was great. They are a family business that generously donated a new roof to our towns Scout House. I contacted three vendors for quotes and was immediately impressed by the representative Jim at O'Lyn Roofing. He suggested that O'Lyn Roofing likes to "give back" when they can. Jim and his team arranged the roofing materials to be donated by Owens Corning and the O'Lyn team donated the labor to repair our building. The roof was completed in one day. I was able to meet many of the Olen family while arrange this work and they are exceptional people.

Olyn Roofing replaced my roof nine and a half years ago. I was thrilled with the job did, their cleanliness, and that they showed up, and finished, when they said they would.

Recently (Nov 2024) I changed my Homeowners Insurance. The new Insurer had an app to do self-inspection. Based on the pictures I took their underwriter canceled the policy claiming, "The dwelling has granular loss on the roof". What's worse was they let me know it was canceled a week after the effective cancelation date.

I knew there was no "granular loss" beyond normal wear and tear, and frankly, I can't see how they thought it did from the pictures that were sent. I was told I needed to get a certified inspection before they would consider reinstatement.

I called Olyn and explained the situation. Olyn responded immediately. Todd Mellor (General Manager) brought a team of four with ladders and drones and did a complete inspection. They documented there was no granular loss beyond what would be expected after 10 years on shingles with a 30 Year Warranty.

Their commitment and dedication to quality and customer satisfaction is exemplary and goes WAY above and beyond what is normal today.

I bought a roof from them 10 years ago. I won't need another roof for another 20 years (if I make it that far). And yet when I called with a problem, they answered. There was no money in it for them, they did it because of their genuine commitment.

Bravo!

“Wow”. That’s what people say when they see our roof. And they’re right! Our roof looks amazing.

They came early in the morning and finished long before sunset/end of the day. Because of the work that needed to be done, I was under the impression it would take them a couple days, but I was mistaken. Not only did they do a quality job, but they did it in half the time! Customer service was phenomenal and the individuals working on the house were great! After the work was done, they were very thorough in their cleaning. I even spoke to an employee, after the job was done. Can’t say enough wonderful things about this company and I urge you to use them for your roofing needs.

You won’t regret it!!

Steve and Rick did a thorough cleaning of the roof and the all the debris that splattered down during the cleaning. All the moss is gone and the roof looks like new. Excellent work!

O'Lyn was super efficient, from start to finish. Very different from other roofers I contacted, who dragged their feet, failed to show up, were vague about exactly scope of the work.

I cannot recommend O'Lyn Roofing enough. Experience from beginning to end was great. John O. and his crew were amazing - so polite and friendly. They got the work done quickly and correctly and when something unexpected came up, they were able to pivot quickly and come up with alternate solutions. Even when I had a last minute request they were able to accommodate it and it was completed the next day. And they did a great job cleaning up so the yard was safe for my dog after they left. Definitely reach out to them for your roofing needs.

We shopped several companies before choosing O’Lyn to complete our roof replacement project. Our rep Jim C was great to work with and guided us through the entire process. He was very responsive and addressed our questions and concerns immediately. The job was done in two days and looks great! We would highly recommend O’Lyn roofing.

O'Lyn did a great job of replacing our roof and skylights. Very professional and easy to work with. They came to house several times to work out the particular details of the replacements berfore the work started and did the entire job in just a few days. Always a supervisor on site during the work to speak with and get updates from. Clean up was good. I called a few days after the work was done with a question and they sent someone over the very next day to the house. Excellent service and excellent work. I recommend them highly.

Terrible job, they subcontract it out, no care shown, not done cleanly tarps feel off mid job, debris everywhere, damages to siding, window, shutters, and now 1 year later notice leak from improperly installed flashing, getting nowhere they do not stand behind the 10 year workmanship warranty we have with them, we used Owens Corning shingles, and paid 30k for a mess and a leak!. Beware!!

O’Lyn did a great job cleaning all the moss from our north facing roof tops and provided a 2 year warranty. They showed up when they said they would, cleaned up and were very professional.

I contacted this Company to have an assessment for our gutter. This was yesterday October 16th 2025 and I was told by Stacey that their owner was coming today between 9/11am and that he was going to be able to go on the roof and see the state of the gutter. I sent a message in the evening and also called this early morning asking if we could have a heads up so our other unit owner could join. After I was assured that they were going to send the owner of the Company a message “right away”, the guy showed up unannounced, rushing me and very rudely saying he didn’t have time to wait for the other tenant to come in 15 minutes. He refused to even come on my last floor and look outside the window and pretended to give us an estimate based of whatever he was able to see from downstairs(4 stories!). I’ve never seen anyone so disappointing and unprofessional, besides rude. It means they don’t look for more work. Never mind!

Very pleased with the work done on the roof. The crew came when they said they would and finished the roof by the end of the day. Excellent work! Clean up was extremely good. Very good communication between the office staff and me.
I highly recommend O’Lyn to anyone wanting a new roof.
