I RECENTLY CONTRACTED OLYN ROOFING FOR EXTENSIVE REPAIRS FOR 2 LARGE RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS. It was my first experience working with OLYN and will not be the last. Could not have been more pleased with efficiency and quality of work. I don't write a lot of reviews, maybe I should write more. But I felt it to be important to express my opinion of OLYN.

The crew that came to the house did a great job they were very polite and let us know what they were doing and when they couldn't finish it that day because it was too cold to put on the waterproofing they called us and let us know in advance when they were returning to finish the job. They did a nice neat job and cleaned up after themselves. Myself and my wife were both pleased with the work they provided.

I recently had my roof replaced by O’LYN Roofing and I genuinely could not be happier with the entire experience. From the very first consultation to the final inspection, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient.
They walked me through all my options clearly and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The crew arrived on time, worked diligently, and left my property spotless, not a single nail or piece of debris in sight. The new roof looks amazing, and I feel confident knowing it was installed by true professionals.

Many many years ago my late dad who was a licensed contractor, pointed to a O'Lyn truck while he was driving and said to me that’s a very good company. I remembered that when I needed new gutters. O’lyn did an excellent job installing my gutters. They came on time, they were professional and knew what they were doing. They also answered my questions. They cleaned up after the job was done and picked up all the nails with this gadget I found to me amazing. I highly recommend O’lyn.

We contacted O'Lyn Roofing in July 2025. Mike quickly made an appointment to meet with us at our home. We walked the property and reviewed the projected in detail going over different roofing types that would work best for our home.
Originally quoted 5-6 weeks to start the job but were able to start early! The job was completed in one day! We have lots of small, delicate shrubs in the yard and everything was protected. No debris left behind. A professional crew of 4 installers....they were outstanding. From start to finish, the team worked together seamlessly.
John, thanks again for your attention to detail ensuring the new gutters/downspouts were positioned just right. We just had torrential rain..the downspouts channeled the rain perfectly away from the foundation wall.

During the installation Gerald was friendly and efficient. As a facility manager for a large corporation, I've dealt with outside vendors enough to recognize good service. Great job!

Our first choice in Wellesley is BBM Attic Insulation Services & Roofing Services. Jose has been our helper for the past two years. His work on chimney repair is consistently excellent. We again utilized their Attic-Solution service this year, and we were pleased with the high-performance insulation that was put in. Early wear and tear was identified by their roofing service, and it was promptly repaired. The effects of cleaning our dryer vent, which was past due, were astounding. The air quality significantly improved when the air ducts were cleaned. We value their comprehensive job and reasonable prices. I heartily suggest Jose and the team—this firm truly does it all.

Not sure how this company has such good reviews. First, it seems sketchy as the company is called BBM but any interaction with them they then just call themselves attic insulation services. Then someone came to give me a quote for insulation and before even looking around started claiming the company that previously did our insulation was a scam (it was not) and then proceeded to quote me $19,000 for a not that large attic. Other proposals have been less than half that. They then said they would send me a proposal which I never got. I’d be careful as something fishy was happening.

I didn’t realize how much neglected attic insulation could affect energy bills until BBM Attic Insulation Services & Roofing Services came out. Dion inspected our attic in MA, recommended insulation removal, and carried out professional attic insulation repair. The attic cleaning they did was beyond my expectations. Their attic restoration work not only looks good but also gave us a huge airflow improvement in the attic. Our home now cools faster and stays comfortable longer. They gave solid attic maintenance advice and were respectful and tidy the whole time. BBM Attic Insulation Services & Roofing Services exceeded all expectations. I’ll be recommending them to family and friends.

This company is topnotch! Both Ken&Lynn are available to answer all questions and advocate for you throughout the entire process!! Lynn answers the phone 7 days a week! They have been consistent in their attention to detail and quality for the two years that this project ran. They addressed issues as they came up and helped to translate them to the insurance company. It has been a great collaboration with an excellent result!
