An employee with this company went far beyond the call of duty to help me find my purse and phone. Although he was forbidden from letting me in the building, he was creative enough to call my phone until he found my purse in a place I hadn't mentioned. What customer service!

I own the bakery, RISE ABOVE, in Greenfield, Ma. and had been stressed by not being able to keep up with the cleanliness of our floors - unglazed quarry tiles that do an outstanding job of being nonslip but at the cost of absorbing all the flour and water we spill cementing it all into our floor - so with no more hours left in the day for me and all my staff in OT I searched and found Anderson who spent a night scraping, cleaning and polishing our floor til it was spotless and have been returning every other week since to keep it clean, making it look like the day we finished tiling it every time!
