Our company, Development Associates of Agawam MA, manages over 2 million square feet of commercial real estate from New Haven, CT to Greenfield, MA. When Anderson Cleaning was in its infancy over 10 years ago, Anderson & Trina Gomes came into our office asking for the opportunity to have the janitorial contract for one of our office buildings. They just wanted a chance to prove themselves. Development Associates gave them the contract for one building. Anderson and his team showed up for my family in a grave time of need. My father had just passed away from COVID-19. He had been quarantining in my childhood house in the days leading up to his death. My family needed the house to be sanitized so that we could move back in as we arranged my father’s funeral services.
