Vlad did an outstanding job. We hired him to clean the outside of our house, which included windows and screens. He used a light chemical wash on our siding which is much safer for the siding than a pressure wash. The windows and screens came out spotless. I have never seen such attention to detail. We would definitely use Vlad again.

Vlad worked from 9 am to 4 o'clock without stopping. The windows are now sparkling and a clear sight to the outside!! Vlad cleans the sills and knows the kind of liquid detergents that are best for windows that have been abused by failure to wash over a period of years. I called Superior Exterior to clean what I thought were gutters filled with black decaying material, at a new home. Vlad provided a reasonable quote and came within a few days to do the work. Right away he saw what I didn't, that my gutters had foam inserts and were perfectly fine. He explained my options and I chose to keep the foam if it wasn't causing a problem. He then tested every gutter and downspout and removed a small portion. I truly appreciate his honesty and willingness to explain everything to me. He even reduced the quote substantially when he saw that the gutters weren't in need of cleaning. I will definitely call on him again when I need work done, and highly recommend him.

From the start to the finished service Superior Exterior LLC was professional, prompt and easy to work with. We had them treat our very moss covered shingle roof. We were promptly given a very reasonable estimate and work was done within the week. Vlad answered all our questions and did a great job. He also provided a letter certifying that a moss removal treatment had been performed for our home owners insurance. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs this service.

I would recommend Superior Exterior 100%! Vlad was amazing, punctual and he communicated with me while I was out of town. My kids said he was amazing. My gutters were clogged with years of debris, lacrosse balls, and even a stuffed animal! Excellent customer service and reasonably priced!
