Ron was so very helpful with a recent incident at our rental. We had just had our carpet and rug cleaned and a guest spilled yellow curry absolutely everywhere. Ron was so kind, and came and cleaned it for us right away without charge! He is the best!

I was able to schedule online so easily -- found an appointment the next day! The service provider was excellent and the quality of the work great. Couldn't be happier.

Ron with Katt Carpet goes above and beyond the mark of amazing customer service. I live in a studio apartment with old carpet that initially turned my socks brown with grime. (Disgusting) After 2 deep and thorough cleanings, Ron made the carpet like new again.
It wasn’t easy, but he made sure it happened, even when it meant spending hours before the 2nd cleaning, repairing a broken piece of equipment in order to use a degreaser on the carpet. He intended to make sure the job was done right, and the degreaser sure did the trick.
I had no idea it would be possible for my carpet to be as clean as he made it. I am comfortable enough to walk barefoot in my own home now, thanks to Katt Carpet.

Ron does excellent work! Friendly personality with attention to detail. Used a special spray to help break up pet stains, moved some furniture to clean the carpet underneath and even steam cleaned the tiled section connected to the carpet all no extra cost. He takes pride in his work. Highly recommend!!

I bought an antique couch I needed cleaned. I bought it second hand and it had cat hair all over and it smelled. I called up Katt Carpet and they promptly got back to me. I left it outside in my carport and Ron came over and cleaned it. Smell is gone!

So professional! I run a restaurant and he did a such a good job he will be coming over twice a year to do our carpets and upholstery! I would recommend him to everyone out there in western mass! 12/10 stars!

I am very pleased with the cleaning of furniture and carpet that Ron completed last week at my home. I’ve rented a machine in the past to do the same work though the results were not as good as Ron’s. I will call Ron in the future.

Ron is an amazing person and his work is tier one ! He did a large commercial project - besides the carpet, nearly 400 chairs. He took time with every chair - one by one he made sure they were perfect.
