Absolutely positively without a doubt the best company to do business with for carpet cleaning. Katt Carpets goes above and beyond to make sure your carpets are sparkling clean and fresh and looking brand new. They are professional, friendly and thorough and I honestly highly recommend KATT CARPETS! They do a fantastic job for the greatest value!

We had a couch, love seat, armchair, and area rug cleaned. We had so much dog hair all over the furniture. The owner did an absolutely amazing job, all dog hair gone, furniture and rug spotless and no dog smell!
Now we just have to keep the dogs off the furniture!
So reasonable with pricing also!
I highly recommend and will be using them again👍🏻

When I called to have my couch and loveseat cleaned, Ron was able to schedule an appointment within the week. He arrived within the 2 hr window and even setup a zippered tarp to keep the cool air in and bugs out. The furniture now looks brand new and Ron even cleaned our area rug at no extra cost, “it will only take me 5 minutes”
I found Ron to be very professional and courteous. His prices are fair and I would highly recommend him.

Ron Tabb and his son did a great job! They were very accommodating when I asked for a specific time. They were very friendly and efficient. Their powerful machine removed all the stains and didn't soak the carpet. It looks fantastic and we can use the room in a couple hours. I highly recommend them.

Amazing experience with an antique rug. This was my first time using Katt and I don’t think I’d go anywhere else. Super fast pick up and such attention to detail. He really walked me through the process and was forthcoming about some of the problem areas. My rug was in terrible condition so it was more about getting it clean vs pristine and it turned out amazing. Ron even helped me get it in my room and with positioning which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!

Our experience with Katt Carpet was great. Before they arrived, I was sent a text to give me heads up. Ron was very professional and kind, he gave me helpful advice, and he did a very nice job deep cleaning our furniture.

Ron’s customer service is second to none and he was very easy to work with. We just had all of our carpets cleaned, in addition to an area rug and our kitchen tile. Really happy with how everything turned out. We’ll continue to use Katt Carpet & Upholstery cleaning whenever we need to refresh our carpets. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough great things about Katt Carpet Cleaning and the owner, Ron!! From the moment of my initial call, Ron was so pleasant to speak with! I was able to get an appointment quickly and on a weekend (which is the only day that will fit in my schedule!)
On the day he arrived- to clean 3 wall to wall carpets, (and to also take 3 area rugs with him to be cleaned,) he again, was incredibly polite and just really great to work with! I had been concerned because I only have AC in my bedroom, and it was a very hot and muggy day, and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to use the room the same day (as this was one of the wall to wall carpets that Ron was cleaning). He went way above and beyond to ensure that I could sleep in my bedroom, and that the bedframe would not damage the carpet!!
I had rescued a dog several months ago who turned out to have a very large brain tumor. Though she was potty trained, she would have accidents in my house- Ron got out the stains that remained on my white carpet!! It looks brand new again!
Another of the rooms had stains that had been on the rug since I purchased the home 11 years prior (and no products I had ever tried had removed them!)- I explained that I didn’t expect him to get them out. But to my surprise, he did!! All three rooms that he cleaned look AMAZING!!
You can tell Ron truly cares about his customers and takes great pride in his work and business. It’s rare to find someone who thoroughly explains what they can (or equally may not be able to) accomplish, has very fair pricing, someone who you’re comfortable with in your home, and is honestly just delightful to interact with! I think I have already told 15 people about him in 2 days! I can’t recommend Ron, or Katt Carpet Cleaning enough!
I can’t wait to receive my area rugs back, because I know they’re going to be just as beautiful, and I look forward to writing another review. I don’t write reviews often- but this is a small business and owner that truly deserves all the praise! Thank you again Ron!!

I had an accident with a bottle of red nail polish and a new, very expensive cream color carpet. I was beside my self that our new carpet could not be saved. I called Katt Carpet, on a whim, at 4:15PM. A representative of Katt (I wish I knew his name……) was at my home in 25 minutes . This professional worked, and scrubbed, and steamed and did that all over again until the entire stain was gone(and it was quite a splatter of red polish) . He did not stop until we were happy and he was also satisfied. This professional was determined , conscious, and adamant that the bright red stain was gone and we were pleased. We were more than pleased. He did the impossible . He knew which combinations of solvents to use to bring our new carpet back to its original state. As an added bonus, our home smelled like an orchard of oranges. I will whole heartedly recommend your firm to my friends. Our sincere appreciation..

Ron does great work- our carpets look amazing! He’s very friendly, knowledgeable , and his pricing is reasonable. He did the walk-to-wall in our living room, dining room, hallway and stairs. We think you’ll very very happy if you call Ron!

I’m so pleased with the service. I had to reschedule about 2 times for my convince and Ron was super understanding & responsive. He is a nice and friendly guy. He did a great job cleaning the carpet in my household. He went above and beyond for sure. Ron Tabb, owner of Katt Carpet Cleaning was Very Good at cleaning our mostly carpeted home. He's a really nice man and he did a Wonderful Job! He showed up On Time and did a Thorough job of getting All of the stains.. even the stains that were old, set in and I thought would be impossible to get out of our carpets! He was respectful of our home and I definitely would hire him again! Everything..old ground in stains, new stains, puppy odors, etc. and made it feel & look like brand new Carpets! Ron was Very pleasant and a hard worker. He quoted me a price and kept his word. When he was done I was Impressed with the Great Job and the carpeting was just slightly damp.. not like a sopping wet sponge. I highly recommend Ron Tabb of Katt Carpet Cleaning and I'd hire him again in a New York minute! I was very happy with the results!

I cannot say enough good things about Ron and Katt Carpet! Our puppy peed on our couch without us realizing so it soaked in for a day. Once I called they were able to schedule me for the next day, which was such a relief. Upon arrival Ron was incredibly friendly, professional and just so helpful in trying to troubleshoot the best solution for our specific couch/upholstery. He was very knowledgeable and used the best products for optimal results. The visibility of the stains was gone immediately and so far we haven’t had any urine smell!! I am so relieved and truly grateful to Ron for his service. Also, he is just an all around very nice guy who was a pleasure to chat and work with. I will 1000% be using Ron for any future upholstery or carpet cleaning we need done in the future. I cannot recommend enough!! Thank you Ron!!

Ron cleaned our carpets a year ago he was so thorough and a fair price I asked him again this year. He’s a hard worker, does a thorough job, and charges very fair and reasonable prices. Highly recommended for carpets or upholstery as he did here. Appointment times are very well communicated.

I usually clean my own carpets and have done it for years so I know about good cleaning technique. This time I wanted to save my back and let someone else do the work. Ron did excellent job and was thoughtful in his approach to his work as well as working hard and efficiently. The price was good and exactly as quoted plus the extras I asked for at a reasonable price.
