We were very happy to get Mr. Drain to help us with our clogged main drain. They came out quickly, they were very professional and took care of the clog. Our backup was very bad but Ryan & Aaron knew exactly what to do. They had our house working great in no time.

This company was good about returning phone call. They quoted flat rate of $240. They arrived and removed a drain screen within 5 minutes. Then checked 2nd bath. No clogs at all. 15 minutes, $368.00..Won't call them again!

After we called Mr. Drain due to a sewer line backup at 11pm, they were able to send someone out immediately the very next morning. Mario and his colleague diagnosed the issue and cleared the jam within minutes. A few days later, they returned and jetted the whole line, much needed maintenance. We’ve had no issues since then, and hopefully will not for a long time.

I have been using Mr. Drain for 7 years now, the service is excellent from the moment you place the call right on through to the service tech coming out and taking care of the issue. Any Drain company can clear a clogged drain, but not all companies take pride in the CUSTOMER SERVICE provided. Mr. Drains entire crew are friendly, knowledgeable and always leave the site cleaner than they found it. When you call the owner Christine will most likely answer and she takes care of her customers by communicating clearly and often. If by off chance they are running just a few mins behind (which is rare) she will call and let you know.

I'm a property manager, and I have been using Mr. Drain for the past 8 years now for home as well as my commercial buildings. They responded to my request quickly, and bailed me out on several emergency work, which happened during late nights and weekends. Also, they stand by high their work. That is, if the same issue happens again within the 48 hours after their serviced it, they would come back and service it again without charge. Lastly, they took the time to explain to me their findings and how to prevent it from happening again in the future, which is very helpful. I'd highly recommend them to anyone who has drain issues.

Mr Drain came to my house on a weekend, when no one else could come and cleared my drain problem. Because the problem was systemic, I had them replace my 60-year-old pipes.
