They never got back to me. Customer service/communication is important to me. As a consumer I rate this very high on my list equal to quality of experience. Everyone is busy however time is money and consumers time is just as valuable as an organizations. Raise the bar and the rating will be raised!

James just repaired one toilet and replaced another. He came in the morning, just as promised, and was very careful to wipe his feet on the way in from the rain. He is very professional and friendly. He did the job efficiently but with attention to detail, including cleaning up everything in the work area. My bathroom looks as clean as before he arrived. Highly recommend!
