I've been using Mr. Drain for many years for my businesses/personal. The staff is great and leaves no mess behind after each job. Christine is excellent in making sure that the service meets our expectations.

I called them on a Sunday (during a snow storm) and they were unexpectedly very responsive. They really are open 24/7. I very much appreciate that they're upfront with their costs and there are no hidden fees (unlike other local plumbers). I'd say their pricing is also reasonable and competitive.

Jonathan arrived to my house in a very timely manner. He was professional and got the job done properly and very quickly.

Move to the top of the list! 5 stars plus! Mr. Drain are the people to go to for clogged drain problems. Contacted couple of plumbers and drain removal people in the area who were unsuccessful. Finally, contacted Mr. Drain via messaging on their website and in a few minutes received a call from Christine, very pleasant, friendly and professional. Explained what our problem was and she dispatched one of their technicians to arrive in a couple of hours within a 2 hour block between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Received a call from their technician at 10:00 AM who informs that he will be arriving in 15 minutes. The technician, Aaron who was also very polite, professional, pleasant and friendly. Showed him the problem clogged drain, diagnosed and “voila” clogged water/sludge be gone! Fast, neat, easy and clean within 20 minutes. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend. Thank you so much!

I have used Mr. Drain several times over the years for any clogged drains (kitchen, washing machine drain, pedestal sink etc.) that I could not solve myself. They have always been very responsive, fairly priced, professional, respectful and competent and have come out the same day to solve the issue at hand. Very responsive and competent which are important traits. Recently, Sean and Ryan (along with Christine) had the knowledge and skill to help address a blockage in the main sewer line. I have always had good experiences using Mr. Drain (Sean, Ryan, Christine) and and it is reassuring to have them as contacts.

They are extremely responsive. I called and explained my situation. The owner of the company called me back 5 minutes later. Within 30 minutes someone was at my doorstep! This company is very well staffed. Came out to do a camera inspection of my frequently problematic drain next day after I called. Saw the backup was from the street, so I had the city come water jet from the street side. Mr Drain was able to get a different tech to come back within the hour after the block was cleared. Was able to do another camera inspection and saw roots this time. Cleared it out and provided the video, and was very helpful in describing the problem and ways to fix it. Would recommend to anyone looking for professional drain services. Reasonably priced.

I am incredibly pleased with the service we've received from Mr. Drain. We had a clogged kitchen drain. We called to schedule an appointment, and received a call from Ryan within 5 minutes of speaking to the office. It was after 5, but he was happy to come out and clear the clog. He was professional, kind, and personable, all of which can be very reassuring when you're frazzled after having an issue with your home. The cost for service was fair and reasonable. This is the second time we've used Mr. Drain, and we would absolutely call them again if we had other plumbing issues in our home.
