Luis has been great about helping us solve the humidity problem in our basement. We have installed a Humidex system and a dehumidifier. He has given us practical advice. When we had an issue with the dehumidifier, he was quick to come to fix it. I highly recommend him.

We had an emergency flood situation in our basement which resulted in awful stains on everything including a furnace, concrete walls and the basement floor. This company was able to remove all the water and contaminants (in air and water), then remove all the ugly stains. It was like a miracle!

The whole process was thorough and professional. And the rapid response to our emergency was amazing. I cannot recommend Boston Restoration Solutions highly enough. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

During the recent cold snap we had.we used Luis and his services at many of the locations as I am a local property management maintenance technician and for the 48 hours subzero temperatures “ I saw Luis more than my wife“ Luis was more than courteous and helpful to set up our customers and take care of their water issues. Luis was on time to our quote and was very honest about our vents being clean and the fact that they do not need to be professionally cleaned (while other companies gave us a quote and wanted us to schedule right away!). He even gave us HVAC tips and answered all of our questions! We will definitely be using him for any restoration work in the future if needed! Thank you, Luis!

Luis was amazing! We had a water leak in our condo from a unit above us due to a nail in a PVC pipe. It had gone unseen for over a year and there was black mold as a result, which is not to be take lightly. He did an awesome job of taking his time, even though we wanted to go quick, to make sure the job was done safely. He dried the wall, remediated the black mold, and sealed everything off like a true professional. He was respectful of our home, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend him for any services they provide!

Excellent outstanding work. Luis Came at 10pm on July 3rd the evening of the holiday to handle a flooded basement due to a burst pipe. He was extremely responsive, prompt and efficient. He took great care to do the job right He has all the equipment needed to tackle a flooded basement and prevent mold. He was very thorough coming back each day, including on the 4th of July, to check on the progress. He has a wealth of knowledge and is very experienced. I can’t say enough good things about his work. He is also an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Luis Mendes and his company Boston Restorations.

If I could give 6 or 7 stars I would. I called Luis on an extremely rainy day where I think half the south shore flooded. I had over a foot of water in my basement. Boston Restoration solutions showed up quickly, drained my basement, and installed a temporary sump pump to replace the one that failed. They did a great job cleaning out the mess, and set up a bunch of dehumidifiers. They also made sure to give me some detailed advice on what to do when installing my new sump pumps. Luis dropped by several times to check in on the humidity, and double checked the work of everyone else before being satisfied. I hope to never need his services again, but I would call Boston Restoration services again in a heartbeat.

Luis and his team are awesome. They'll give you a fair and honest assessment and price. Their work was great; and they fully removed the mold from our basement in a single day.

Luis arrived promptly when I needed immediate assistance after a portion of my house flooded and got right to work. He was very good at communicating what he was doing and always arrived when he said he would. Got the job done right and was very helpful, clean, and considerate throughout the entire process.

My parents had Luis Mendes come remove mold from between the concrete pad and the sheet vinyl flooring. Luis explained the problem and removal process very clearly and answered all their questions in a way that my engineer dad and non-technical mom could both understand. He removed the entire bathroom floor, properly treating the removed material as toxic hazardous waste. He eradicated all mold and tested to ensure mold had not affected the walls. He provided an industrial-strength dehumidifier to lower the humidity ensuring no mold could grow. Throughout, Luis was very engaging and my parents are very satisified with his efforts. They unhesitatingly recommend Luis to everyone.

Luis and his employee did an amazing job of repairing and restoring my living room ceiling which required several days of drying the leaking area and then painting the entire ceiling!! He is so very precise and meticulous!! You will not be disappointed!!
