Jake showed up right away when I experienced water damage above my kitchen. He was professional, friendly, and well dressed! Very handsome! The job was done quicker than I could’ve ever hoped and everyone at Servpro made it a painless process.

Highly recommend Servpro in Weymouth! I had a basement ceiling that I had put off taking down. I called three diffent companies to get quotes etc. Servpro hands down was the best! I had called the office and spoke to Samantha, she was extreme informative and was able to answer all my questions. As the process continued, she went above and beyond with great customer service. Josh, the project manger came out to my house to give me a quote. He was on time (wearing a mask) very professional. He explained the process and options I may have. Ben and James came out the following day to do the work. They both were professional and worked nonstop! They left everying completely spotless; Josh also showed up to make sure everything was being completed. My only regret is that I wish I had called them sooner.

Servpro Weymouth came out to do work on my house after we had a flood. James explained everything amd went over all the details with me so I understood the scope of the project. The flood was really devastating and overwhelming but the Servpro crew made the cleanup aspect much less stressful.

This team was superb! I experienced two floods of over 7.5 feet within 65 days. For the first flood, I went with a different company. Big mistake! This ServPro franchise truly cared. Roberto, Mikaela, Linda, and the gentlemen who did much of the labor went out of their way to restore things at my home quickly and professionally. I knew I was in good hands. They were human -- showed compassion and made my house right. I can't recommend them enough.

We used Servpro of Weymouth to do interior repairs to our living room ceiling after a roof leak. Their workers were all very professional and the job was done without any interruption to our household. Very happy with the outcome, we will be recommending them to family and friends.

We used ServPro Weymouth and they were absolutely wonderful. It was a rough job, removing 4 inches of water from a boiler room, ripping up carpet and subfloor, as well as 2 ft up on the walls to control any mold concerns. Ryan our project manager was attentive to all the details, but I have to give extra praise to Ben, Damion and Freddy who worked tirelessly on making sure that everything was done in a timely, neat and professional manner.

Servepro was at my home within a half an hour of my flood. Jake M was the project manager and was excellent. He is very knowledgeable and really walked me through timing and what to expect. He answered all of my questions and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I called your place and Jake McMahon answered the phone. He said he was here and ready to help. Within a half hour Jake was at my place surveying the damage. You see, my neighbors 30,000 gallon pool let loose and sent the water directly at my house and down into my cellar. Within 2 hours of his visit the service folks had installed their equipment and the cleanup began!
Jake is a very honorable , caring, detail oriented and obviously takes customer service to heart. . he was advocating for me. helping me determine the best fix for my situation. His manners and courtesy are to be admired.

James, the project manager for Servpro, made the experience smooth. This was my first time going through insurance for mold remediation. James explained each step in the process and even made himself available to be present when the insurance adjuster came to assess the damage. I appreciate everything!

Mike Yeomans was very good and came out quickly for the first look at our damaged floor and mold. We had some difficulty after that trying to get an estimate and time frame to get the work done. Once we finally got the estimate, he was able to set up an appointment within a week. Matt and Eric were efficient, pleasant, careful when removing the moldy materials and were finished in only a few hours. It was a pleasure doing business with this company.

My neighbor who is 91 years old was in a bind after a recent storm — with water in her basement and garage. Mike Yeomans was responsive and kind and thorough. He helped get the water out and dry out the garage and basement. This was a huge relief to my neighbor!

I called Servpro to respond to water damage inside a wall. James Robinson and his crew did a great job. Opened the wall, dried it out and used chemicals to treat potential mold. They were very efficient, finishing within their time estimate and cleaning debris thoroughly.

Ben Mattos and his crew did an awesome job servicing us after a tree fell on our roof. They couldn’t have been easier to work with and Ben gave us his cell phone number in case we needed anything. They did the demo work, moved our belongings in and out of storage and even did some of the yard cleanup. They went above and beyond to make a bad situation more manageable. I highly recommend this team should you need this type of work done.
