It’s interesting to finally get a response here, considering our repeated calls and emails over an extended period went completely unanswered. Since you mention to my colleague ( Barbara Jones) we should “reach out directly,” perhaps you could clarify where exactly that is supposed to be, because the phone numbers and emails we’ve been contacting were either ignored or conveniently unavailable.

If you are genuinely interested in resolving this matter (which so far has not been reflected in your actions), kindly provide us with the correct point of contact who will actually respond. Otherwise, your message reads more like damage control than a real attempt at resolution.

We’ll be awaiting your actual direction this time.

SERVPRO of Quincy’s mitigation and reconstruction teams were amazing! My insurance company recommended them, and I’m so glad they did. The guys that came to my place after having damage caused by ice dams were terrific. I wasn't home and needed to allow them access. They were respectful, cleaned up after themselves, helped me move items during my absence. They communicated with my insurance adjuster. They really eased the stress from this stressful situation. Pat walked us through every bit of the demo process, he call to check in and clearly communicated next steps. He put our minds at ease.
We had damage throughout all rooms in our house and Cam made sure each area was left clean, he explained what he was doing each morning and what he completed at the end of each day. He and his crew were kind and respectable.

fast, easy to work with, pick up the phone on the 1st ring. The guys who came to my house where amazing. In and out problem cleaned up and it was like they were never here. They worked with my insurance company and I never saw a bill!!

We just had some remodeling done and we needed a thorough cleaning of our air ducts and windows cleaned. I highly recommend them. The workmen were professional and very polite. I am very happy with the results.

My water heater went unexpectedly, and ServPro came out to clean up the water damage. They did an excellent job. They gave me immediate attention and communicated with me throughout the clean up process. I felt Joe Geary and his men looked out for me, and I also felt they were very honest. They did exactly what they said they were going to do, they were super polite, and very neat. I would recommend ServPro 100 times over!

Had a pipe break in bathroom when I was away in PA for the weekend and came home to a house with water damages on 3 floors. Servpro came out to our house and from the moment the project manager scoped the damages until the final crew finished the demo and drying they were fantastic. They communicated with us through the whole project and billed our insurance company directly. They recommended contractors that they managed through the entire reconstruction process. I came home to a disaster but like they advertise, like it never happened! Highly recommend

We had unexpected water in our basement and Igor and his team did a wonderful job coming to our aid. We were so relieved to have immediate attention even after normal business hours. Igor assessed the situation and had his team promptly at our home at 8:30 the next morning. Several hours later our basement looks almost like new. Thank you for your great service!
