We thought we needed to completely replace the carpet in our home because the ripples that had developed were so bad. We purchased our new construction home in early 2019 and the carpets started rippling within a couple years. We're so glad we found Lee and had him come out to take a look. He and his team came in and re-stretched our carpets, trimmed them and secured them properly to keep them tight. We also had them professionally clean them. It has been over a month now and our carpets look incredible! I highly recommend their services. Lee and his staff were so polite and courteous. They did everything to protect our walls, trim and hardwood flooring. Thank you so much for fixing our carpets and making them look brand new again!

We hired Lee and his team to repair several spots of carpet in our home. Lee was able to replace sections of carpet with no noticable difference. We had a bedroom that doesn’t get much use but the carpet had many ripples. Instead of replacing the carpet I thought I’d try having it stretched and steam cleaned. Bliss did a great job accomplishing this for us and did stretching in a second bedroom as well. All three bedrooms were steam cleaned as well as the hallway (and all closets). Everything looks so much better and Lee was a pleasure to work with as were his two employees. I would highly recommend.
