One day, I woke up and the dog had created a horrible mess, I won’t go into details but it was very bad. I called fiber care and they had a full schedule that day, however they came out early and started their workday early just to help me and solve my problem. I’ve used them several other times when the carpets needed cleaning in the spring They do a great job the carpets look like new

If you need a stain removed from your carpet - look no further! I recently, had new wall to wall carpet installed. To my chagrin, one of my children had an accident involving bright red lipstick.
David at FiberCare was quick to reassure me that he could remedy the situation. In fact, he provided a charming anecdote about his own daughter having a carpet incident involving lipstick as well. This assuaged me.
David arrived promptly and completed the work in a timely matter. There is no sign of the lipstick at all. The rugs look pristine. Highest compliments to David at FiberCare. He turned our lipstick disaster into an amusing story.

Dave was prompt, professional and provided a great solution to a gnarly stain (turmeric) on our relatively new (light gray) carpets. He offered a few different options to us as the stain was really bad and trusted his judgement on approach. Very knowledgeable and charged a very fair price. Would recommend to anyone

I have had two very positive experiences with FiberCare. Scheduling was straightforward and, as promised, Dave called before arriving. Before starting their work, Dave explained the process and gave honest feedback about their expected results on the various rugs/items of furniture. He also gave me a detailed breakdown of expenses. They were careful and meticulous and the results are incredible! Highly recommend!

Our 10 yr old couch looked worse after our move across country. I wanted to replace it but told my husband I’d look for an upholstery cleaner first. Best decision! Dave at FiberCare has made it look almost like new. I’ll happily forego buying a new one for a several more years!

Originally hired David/FiberCare in 2019 to help clean a couch and chair at my father's house....they were fairly well soiled....David was able to get them both looking new again! He was extremely diligent and too the right amount of time to ensure a job well done. This job earned David a call back to help us clean all the carpets at my father's house this weekend as unfortunately dad passed away and we needed to get his house ready for sale. The carpets were fairly well soiled in some areas, with years of graphite marks from recliner couch/chairs, very visible walking paths, etc. After a few hours, David made the carpets look fantastic...to the point that a new home owner might decide to just keep them versus replacing. We highly recommend David/Fibercare for furniture as well as carpets....high quality and very attentive to the smallest of details.

Paul and his team are knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job installing my sprinkler system. After they were done, you would have never know that they were there just by looking at the lawn.
