Steve seemed like a nice guy. My sprinklers were not turning on. When I called him over the phone and gave him the error code, he said if I could locate the control valves of my sprinkler and send him pictures, he would come right away and get them fixed. I had my landscapers dig them out on a Sunday for him. I called him on Monday and he said he is 2-weeks out. I guess not very reliable ... I wish I had a better experience with him.

Plants are not being cared for
