I did my homework and researched this company for carpet cleaning. The reviews were positive and have very complimentary of Ron and his team.

He was quick to respond to my voice message and give a quote based on the square footage (the bill was less due to the physical measurements being less than the approximated square footage)

I hired the company for carpet cleaning of all the carpet in my home and I am glad that the reviews were spot on.

Ron is thorough and passionate about his work. He took the time and focus to make sure the carpet was thoroughly cleaned. He explained what he was doing to get rid the badly soiled area.

We recently had the tile floors in our kitchen, garage foyer, and connected areas cleaned and the results were fantastic. The grout looks brand new, and everything sparkles. We had a couple of small rugs and the carpet on the stairs done while they were there, too; an oriental runner was cleaned off site and delivered back in time for company, as promised, and everything looks so much better. Working with Ron and Absolute Best was a pleasure; they are knowledgeable, helpful, prompt, courteous, and on time. Thank you!

I can’t say enough good things about Absolute Best Carpet Cleaning! Ron and Chris were absolutely amazing, I had some really old stains on my carpets and they were able to remove every single stain. Absolute Best Tile and Carpet Cleaning is truly the BEST! I have used this company before and the work they do is nothing short of a miracle. Yesterday they cleaned my sectional, two bathroom tiled floors, my kitchen tiled floor and two carpets. Everything is like new! I have three kids, two big dogs and a cat and the dirt they removed from all of the above is incredible. This company gets my highest review! You will not be disappointed.

WOW!!! Excellent experience with Absolute Best Tile & Carpet Cleaning. Our ceramic floors & carpeting look fantastic! Looks like we just had new ceramic floors & carpeting installed in our house! Superior workmanship!

Was highly recommended to use Absolute Best Tile & Carpet Cleaning to clean our large kitchen ceramic tile floor. When Ron came over to access our floors & provide an estimate for our tile work he asked if we were interested in getting a quote on the rest of the house which is all carpeted. Figured it was a good idea to do this so our house would be totally clean.

Ron provided us with a very detailed quote for just our extensive tile work and his prices were reasonable considering all the work to be accomplished! Told my Aunt about the fabulous work performed on our tile & floors & she is now booking them as well.

They did an awesome job on our 20 year old carpets, and now we don’t have to replace! The grout in our 20 year old kitchen tile floor looks almost new! Definitely recommend these guys!

My berber carpet needed a professional cleaning so I called a few local businesses for a quote. The owner of Absolute Best Tile & Carpet Cleaning was easy to get a hold of and shared extensive knowledge before I even hired the company. The technician arrived on time and also shared expertise as to what he was doing and why. I ended up doing an additional treatment to the carpet based on what the technician recommended. Due to the added treatment the invoice was slightly higher than the initial quote (with good reason) but overall I still paid less when compared to two other quotes from local carpet cleaning services. I will absolutely hire Absolute Best Tile & Carpet Cleaning again in the future and recommend them to anyone in their service area.

They really work hard to get the job done right.

Great team cleaned and sealed our slate floor. The amount of dirt I never knew was there was impressive and now the floor looks amazing!! Would highly recommend them to anyone. They did an amazing job.

Pros: they take last minute emergency jobs. They have products that were great for areas actually treated. But. . .

Cons: They arrived over an hour late.

They Did not pass the baking soda test. Small amounts placed to see if they did everything they said they would.

Especially since they went by square footage and didn't even do under beds that moved electronically so they could.

The one chair specifically asked to be moved they didn't do behind it or underneath it.

Not good for seniors or anyone who can't push to have the whole job done either because you're not home or you're busy.

They did not go under any furniture and the one chair they were asked to move they didn't.

They're absolutely the worst carpet company I've ever worked with. As far as getting a complete job at a fair price. Would not recommend.

We had a great experience having Western Mass Prowash power wash our house and clean the outside of our windows. They were professional, showed up on time for the estimate and the job, explained everything, charged a fair price for the work and did a fantastic thorough job. We are very happy with the result and would use them again!

I have been in the building industry for 30 years. For 28 years I washed the houses I worked on. I found Western Mass Prowash two years ago and I no longer wash my houses. I used to pride myself on the way I washed houses/buildings and though I was competent, Western Mass Prowash does the best house washing I have seen in my career. Steve and his crew are punctual, professional and very reasonable. They go the extra mile for their customers thinking of things like masking electronics and protecting vegetation around the house. I have built my own business on customer satisfaction and Western Mass Prowash has been a huge asset to my business. He recently washed my home and even my wife commented on Steve and his crew’s exemplary work and professionalism. Highly Recommended!
