Steve is extremely knowledgable and professional. He takes great pride in his company and this team. They were detailed about prepping for the house and roof cleaning. They protected my plants, door hardware, patio furniture... Steve explained the entire process. He uses safe, environmentally friendly products and gentle cleaning methods. I felt confident that my home was in capable hands. The results were great!

Steve and his team at Western Mass Prowash are exceptional. They power washed my house and cleaned my roof in East Longmeadow. They were very professional, detail-oriented, and prompt. I would recommend them to anyone.

I hired Western Mass Prowash to clean the exterior of my vinyl sided house. I had pressure washed the house multiple times over my 16 years of ownership but the siding (and especially the white trim) had developed stubborn dark streak stains that I was struggling to remove. Steve came in and applied a special cleaner that worked amazingly well. I also want to commend this team on their punctuality and attention to every detail. Our house is supplied by a water well and Steve took steps to ensure that we did not over draw the well’s water during the cleaning process. Overall this was a great experience and I highly recommend this company.

We just had our home power washed by Steve and his team. Not only did they do an amazing job on the house, front porch, walkway, shed and Trex deck, but our cedar fence was restored to look new again. It literally dried to look brand new. (The mold and mildew from hot/humid summers took its toll on the six year old fence)
The pricing was very fair and all three guys could not have been more professional or personable! This was our 2nd time using WM ProWash and highly recommend them.
