The customer service is professional and friendly. They respond so quickly, and they do wonderful work. I wish all companies operated like Green Grass!

Friendly and professional team.

Jim quoted the job in the winter and said, "We do our installs as soon as the weather allows."

He reached out to me in late March and set up a visit to layout the zones and flag the sprinkler head locations.

The next day he showed up with his crew and within 5 hours I had 8 zones of fully-functional irrigation installed and adjusted.

When they left, there was almost no sign they had been there. There were two or three small spots that showed dirt but they were leveled and seeded.

They walked me through the operation of the Rain Bird controller They also showed me how to use the application modify the controller settings from my phone.

I am very pleased with the quality of the work as well as my interactions with Jim and his team.

We have had their service for years. They respond quickly to any issues with irrigation heads or programming water flows. Our grass is beautiful and healthy. Their employees have all been kind and answer any questions we have.

Green Grass Irrigation was recommended to me after retaining walls and a patio were installed. Jimmy arrived as scheduled, we assessed my entire property and we developed a broader scope in design than Jimmy was expecting, We very quickly understood the mission and was I given a quote on the spot. The quote was very good, "dare I say favorable" and I immediately accepted the proposal. This initial assessment was on Wednesday August 1st , Jimmy was back at my home August Saturday 3rd to setup flags and for us to walk through the design visually.
Monday August 5th, Jimmy and his team arrived at approximately 8:00 AM and were done installing\ expanding the irrigation system by 12:00 PM. Jimmy and his team are professional, respect your home and I can't imagine I could get a greater value and experience from another company. I have already asked Jimmy \ Green Grass Irrigation to schedule closing of my system in the fall and opening it in the spring. I recommend Green Grass Irrigation to anyone looking for a professionally installed irrigation system. Be ready to be impressed by the professionalism and dedication to your satisfaction.

Jimmy and his team did a fantastic job on a 10 zone system in rocky Belchertown. They were very professional, super informative, easy and great to work with. They did a great job explaining the system and did an excellent job cleaning up after the installation, yard looks like they were never here. System works great and I would highly recommend them

Green Grass installed sprinklers to my front yard today and they were excellent!! They were very knowledgeable and informative about the entire process and did the job in one day. They left my yard in great condition and the sprinklers are on a WiFi timer that I can control from anywhere! I am very happy with my sprinklers and highly recommend Green Grass!

This is my first time using Green Grass Irrigation Co. I needed several repairs to an existing sprinkler system. Denise and Jim responded promptly to my calls/emails and had a team over this morning to complete the repairs. Quincy and Matt were great! They were both very professional, personable, polite, and represent the company well. Quincy was great to work with on another spray head that I wanted installed and wanted to be sure that everything I wanted was completed to my satisfaction. They were not in a rush and upon leaving, you would not have known they were here. They work very well together and certainly know their jobs well.

Overall a great experience. Denise contacted me shortly after I inquired, setting up an appointment with Jimmy, the owner. Jimmy reviewed all they would do regarding water lines, sprinkler heads and products they used. He also came to house a few days prior to map out. The day of installation, Jimmy was on site reviewing what they would be doing and working himself. 5 associates worked the installation, and each knew exactly their function and worked as an incredible team, showing their professionalism and expertise along the way. Before they left they reviewed all the zones with me via the app and walking the property.

Let me begin with customer service, Denise was awesome answering all my questions. Jimmy came to my house and shared every detail I needed to know about the job that was going to be done and clearly explain everything on paper (free estimate). The day of the installation, he came early and shared what was going to be done. It took them about three hours to install three zones with 19 heads total. I do agree with other reviews where you won't even notice any makings or no damage to your lawn. Jimmy even added some grass seed to any location where a small amount of grass was removed. Before he left, he showed me how to use the module and the phone application. Yes, I do recommend the app on your phone because it will give you full control whenever you want to water your lawn. They even take care to follow city recommendations if you which to install the city axillary meter and call for you to get someone to inspect the job before the city install the axillary meter. I give Green Grass Irrigation a FIVE STAR for customer service, communication and professional well-done installation. Denise and Jimmy are very honest people to trust. Thank you so much.
