Did some work for me never again ,he give my wife such attitude after we spent $1700 to fix or system

Experienced company w/ latest technology and fair pricing. Arrived on time and even coordinated my sprinkler installation w/ the landscaping company who was redoing my lawn.

So this review I write in hopes that it helps someone avoid what happened to our family.this summer I'll try to keep it short.
I purchased my home about 10 years ago with an existing sprinkler system, installed by Green Grass Irrigation and used it very little, for a couple of reasons, one I was unsure how to program/use the system and two I just didn't put that much interest into my lawn.
So it's early summer 2018 and there is no rain in sight dry dry dry, so I call Green Grass Irrigation to come out and take a look at my sprinkler heads and such. Turns out there was a little work to be done since the system had not been used for 3 or 4 years, the man explained everything and was very professional, he gave me a detailed bill which in total was $400. He was also there to reprogram my system for the season, which I explained to him I was unaware of how to do so myself. Ultimately what happened was he reprogramed it to run all night, the same cycle but three times over, it ran all night we were unaware. In the end it resulted with a $1,200 water bill for us, for just one quarter ( my quarterly bill is usually between $100 to $200).
I was unsure if I wanted to write this review or not, for fear of feeling dumb, because I couldn't work my own system, but decided that thats why I called in the PRO's to help?? and thats what you paid $400 dollars for??
So I called the company Green Grass Irrigation to let them know what happened, not that I expected them to pay my water bill, because let me tell you that one hurt to pay. But maybe just maybe I would get a little sympathy or I might get a free winter shut down for this year. nope, nodda, ,nothing. I guess when you have much bigger accounts that are paying your bills the little guy does not matter to much. Thanks Green Grass

Great company and always reliable and fair. Every time I call they show up quickly and promptly. My yard has never looked better.

We have an acre and a half and would never want to water our lawn with the hose! We are very happy to have our sprinkler system from Green Grass. The coverage is perfect. We even have a zone on risers in the backyard to water our garden. It's awesome!

Nice, local, family run business. Very responsive and helpful. They were a huge help updating our older sprinkler system while staying within our budget. We don't need to call them often but they always treat us great.

Great company to deal with. The owner personally came out to look over the job. He was also there for the servicing of the job. They are very easy to deal with and very responsive with any service calls you may need. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for your sprinkler system needs.

Green grass put in our system over 13 years ago. Amazing to work with. Quick response, workmen are nice and professional. We have recommended several family and friends. Our 1.5 acres of grass looks like a lush green carpet.

I had my back yard irrigation system installed with these guys. I want to say they did a great job very timely as well as friendly. It was nice that the owner came out prior to the crew informing me of the lay out and asking if I had any concerns etc.... I want to say these guys took the time to adjust and move two sprinkler heads that they did not install so that my flower beds could receive water🙌🏾 I can’t say enough support your Local Business .....

We had a sprinkler system installed by Green Grass about 20 years ago, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company. Great people to do business with. Squeezed the installation in within 1 week from estimate. Crew did a great job to make the lawn look like they were never there as much as possible.

Jim and Denise are two of the nicest people to work with. They have excellent customer service. I got 12 zones installed and 64 sprinkler heads. Green Grass is by far the most competitive in terms of pricing in the area. Can not thank you enough for taking good care of me. Don’t think twice about hiring this company!!!

Jim and his crew were incredibly professional, quick and organized. We had a few requests for the system and Jim exceeded our expectations. They even added seed to the very small spots where the lawn was displaced.

I have been fortunate to have Green Grass take care of my irrigation system that they installed in 1990. When you first call you will meet Denise. She’s friendly, professional and will treat you as family. Denise will set up the crews that will install or service your system. I needed a lot of repairs on my system this year 2024. I am just amazed that the knowledge of the system starts with Denise and travels through their repair technicians. When they arrive you will be impressed with their knowledge, friendliness, quality workmanship and they are on time. Jimmy and team came out to my home yesterday to install a new sprinkler system. The entire crew was amazing! They were courteous, polite, and the utmost professionals. The install for the plumbing inside the house is neat and tidy. Jimmy took the time to walk me through all the head locations prior to starting and ensured we were happy with how he had laid everything out. So nice to work with a such a great company!
