Switched to Tracy and Sons this week. The yard looked great. Grass nicely mowed, but much more. I asked to blow around the base of the house onto the grass before mowing. All around the house, including the deck and a cellar window well had no debris after the service. I told previous property maintenance companies that I wanted a clean looking yard, not just mowing. Some just didn’t get it. Tracy and Sons did it perfectly. No grass in the pool or on the pool deck, no leaves around the house or house deck or on walkways. Perfect.

After our mower broke the backyard quickly got overgrown and out of control! Tracy and Sons came, saved the day, and brought everything back in order. They were personable and efficient and kept in frequent communication as to day/time they were going to be able to come help. I highly recommend this company!

Justin does great work. As a former landscaper I know the difference of someone who knows how to operate their equipment and take pride in their work over the ones who just want to make a quick buck. One of the things I look at is if there are nice straight mow lines in the yard along with all of the grass trimming completed. Justin and his crew consistently do a great job at that. I just recently had Justin come plow and salt my 185’ long driveway that I normally snowblow, but couldn’t get to it before it turned to ice. He bailed me out from potentially hours of ice chopping and shoveling. Thank you

We have become weekly clients and will definitely be having them do other services around our home.

Very responsive and dependable. Installed a new mailbox for me, they mow my lawn, and they built a platform deck in my backyard that I absolutely love. They even plow my driveway in the winter. I hired Tracy & Sons Property Maintenance to clear the backyard of our newly purchased home. There were saplings, leaves, fallen branches, fallen trees, bricks, and large rocks that had piled up over the years. They removed about 12 inches of debris and two standing dead trees! They came in and worked hard for two days. They were mindful to carefully drive their equipment into our yard. I was amazed at the transformation! The quality work that the crew did literally doubled the size of our usable area. Thank you Justin!

So we were negotiating back and forth with our builder about what will be included during construction. We arrived at the conclusion that it would be easier for us to hire our own landscape architect so that we get what we want and on our time table. After much research, a friend suggested Coletta Landscape Design in Wilbraham. We met with the lead architect, James.

After talking with James, we were immediately aware that this was the professional to create our essential outdoor space to enjoy with the kids, family, friends and of course our beloved mutt.

I can't say enough about James knowledge of shrubs, plants, flowers and trees as well as his skill with stone work. We particular love our stone fire pit with circular patio.

Coletta Landscape Design delivered on time and on budget. His final cost was right on with the initial estimate he provided after drafting our design. We are so glad we hired Coletta and we will continue to use them for our future outdoor designs.

Do not use. They don't do what you pay for. They damage your property and when you text and call several times they do not get back to you. In the end it will cost you more to fix the damage they have done.

I had a great experience with my sprinkler installation from start to finish. Jimmy (Owner) handled the initial walkthrough and quote—he was extremely knowledgeable and really took the time to tailor the system to fit my specific needs. He also walked me through everything in detail and answered all of my questions, which I really appreciated. The quote was very reasonable compared to competitors and absolutely worth the investment. The installation involved a lot of digging, but the crew did an amazing job cleaning everything up afterward—it looked spotless. Jay also took the time to walk me through the Rain Bird app and explain all the different zones (8 zones in total) outside, which made it super easy to use. I can’t recommend Jimmy, Jay, and the crew enough—if you need irrigation work done, these are your guys.
