The team was very friendly and professional throughout the whole air duct cleaning process. I appreciated that they took the time to show me videos of the ducts before and after cleaning, which made me feel confident about the work done. They even found and saved a vintage embroidered patch from inside the vents for me! I’m already noticing the air feels fresher in my Winchester home. The price was fair, and they stuck to the original quote, even though the cleaning turned out to be a big job. I’m very happy with the results and will recommend them to others who need air duct cleaning. I’ll definitely call again for future maintenance!

Early Bird Air Duct Cleaning came to our house in Winchester this morning to clean our ductwork. right from the start, jamie and landon were friendly and explained what they would be doing. they brought in some big hoses and other equipment, which really impressed us. our home is older and it looked like the vents hadn't ever been cleaned before—there was a huge amount of dust, lint, and dirt built up. it was honestly shocking to see how much came out! now, our supply and return vents look spotless and it feels great knowing our ductwork is finally clean. my husband and i watched a bit as jamie and landon worked, and they took time to answer all of our questions and address any concerns we had. their knowledge of air duct cleaning really showed, and they were very careful with our furniture whenever they needed to move something to access a vent. after they finished cleaning, they made sure to tidy up everything so well that you couldn't even tell they had been here. on top of that, i mentioned that our airflow seemed weak from the supply vents. after the cleaning, jamie checked out our furnace in the basement and noticed our air filter was too restrictive, which was lowering the airflow and making our furnace work too hard. jamie explained the difference between different filter ratings and suggested we try a filter with a lower FPR. i followed his advice, got a new filter, and the airflow is now so much better—no more cold spots in the house! the price was also lower than two other quotes i had gotten before. everyone from early bird air duct cleaning was so friendly and honest, from the first phone call to finishing the job. i'm really glad we chose them and would definitely recommend their air duct cleaning services to anyone in winchester.

They do a decent job cleaning out the gutters, which are too high for me to get to on my own ladder. But I recommend double checking their work sometimes they don’t clean out the end of the gutter pipe spout or sometimes I left clogged and if you use those Wires to keep animals out for some reason, they take them I’ve had to buy two sets.

Highly recommended. Lewis and Jean just came to clear our gutters. Super friendly and professional. They did a GREAT job, cleaned up the driveway and grass from all the debris that came out of the gutters.

Just a note on the scheduling process.
You will receive a call from New Jersey. They do try a few attempts to get you to enroll in a periodic service plan. You can, there's a discount, but you don't have to. You need to provide a credit card right then and there.
After that, I received an email confirmation saying your appointment is confirmed. After that, nothing. That was on a Thursday. Today, Tuesday, I was about to call them, I was afraid the whole thing was a scam, but NO! They did show up! And they did a GREAT job!
The dispatch center may be located in NJ, but they have local guys all over the place.

great job on gutters around neighborhoods, although I personally have not used Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning. My email has been mixed with someone else's apparently

Two people came to the house with no appointment and cleaned the gutters by using a blower and within 10 minutes they were done and left and charged me $197
That was really a ripoff, I don’t recommend them to anyone.

Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning team did a great job cleaning our gutters - thorough, efficient, and they cleaned up everything afterward. The only hiccup was communication: there was a weather delay (which I totally understand), but I didn’t get any updates until about an hour before they arrived. They have also started taking pictures to provide in a follow report, but they didn't actually take pictures of the cleaned gutters, just the hose spooled back up and the "work complete" sign on the door. That said, the quality of the work made up for it, and I’d still recommend them and use them again.

Once again both men who came did an excellent job. Very courteous and professional. They let me know when they arrived and when they where done. I couldn’t be happier with your services.

Couldn’t have been happier with their speedy and thorough gutter cleaning service! We’re surrounded by trees and our gutters hadn’t been addressed in a long time.. It was a big job and the two guys that came were great. Price was super reasonable, too. Would certainly use again.

I am not a person who likes writing negative reviews. However, I have to share my terrible experience with Ned Stevens in MA. I wish you can read the review before making a decision.

First, TIMELINESS: On Jan 6th, 2021 Ned Stevens called me for the gutter cleaning job I inquired at Home Advisor and arranged the service for me. The sales told me that they will come and the clean the gutter as soon as the weather permits. Nobody showed up in two weeks which had very calm weather (no snow or rain or gusts) I called back and was told that the gutter cleaning would be done until late February. I asked for the manager and got a return call from him: Weather permits means , not just the calm weather, it means 38 degree and above. Fortunately, he put me on a date on Jan 22nd which is above 38 degree. This 38 degree criteria is not disclosed by the sales, not shown on their website, not disclosed by the customer service. It is just the manager's hidden policy.

Second, PRICE: When the sales contacted me, I gave all the house information she asked: how many stories, the square footage, the year, the address and etc. The sales even checked the satellite image map of the house before giving me the quote of $480 with the first time customer discount. However, on the day when the gutter cleaning team showed up, I got a call from the manager that he can not honor the quote of $480 and had to charge me $700 for the job because my house looks beautiful. Later on he lowed it to $630 after my protest. What a bait and switch! $150 more only because my house looks beautiful?

Third, QUALITY: I am attaching a picture I took on the day they finished their job. You can see needle and leaves still in the gutter. They put the leaves in the trash bags and left them on the curbside in a town without curbside trash collection.

I am a first time customer of Ned Stevens and will probably be the last time customer too. The only thing they brag about is that their workers have insurance. Ned Stevens may have better service in other states but not in Massachusetts.

Juan and Ruis were professional in their work, listened to my requests, and left the work area just as one would want. Best crew I have had over the years.

Only offer automated services. If you want to talk to a person doing the work at your house, or be present for the work that's being done, good luck, because they will fight you on providing details. They often provide 2 minutes to 2hrs notification before they arrive, and the 'foreperson' does not speak English and cannot answer questions. Requests to have them knock on the door when they arrive are ignored. Discussions with customer support on the phone and managers earn you the same "this is how we do it" responses. Requests to customer service to provide a rough guess at arrival are answered with "Dispatch won't tell us anything more than 'sometime today'". Reports of 'problems found with your gutters' you receive after service are generic, and you cannot speak to anyone who was at your home who can describe what they saw and what needs to be done - it's all second hand. Additionally, if they clean your gutters and find no leaves at all, you'll never hear about it. This isn't a 'customer is always right' kind of service, but a 'pay us and forget you hired us' kind of service.

On time, flexible, gutter cleaning was explained and after cleanup was very good! I recommend Ned’s. Honest company.

We had Ned Stevens clean our gutters. They did a great job, including fixing misaligned downspouts. They came back a week later and replaced the front gutters that had been crushed by a tree.
