We have been customers for a few years for gutter, roof and dryer vent cleaning. We had been notified that our deck needed attention. We've been in our home for the past 20 years and have only pressure washed our deck once. We live in a wooded area, so needless to say, once in the last 20 years is insufficient. There was a lot of green fuzziness going on. Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning had been notifying us that it should be addressed, but we had to prioritize house tasks. It was finally time to bite the bullet and schedule the service. Since it was the end of the season, we were able to get a discounted rate. We were told that the crew would arrive within 2 weeks. Got a text one day that they were on their way, so we rushed down to move some of the items on our deck. The 2 man crew, who were very nice, showed up within an hour of receiving the text. We discussed what was going to be done and they said they'd clean the custom wood furniture that we'd removed from the deck as well. A couple of hours later, our doorbell rang and they showed us the amazing work performed. The deck/furniture was still soaked, but we could tell it was a huge difference! We were told that if we were not satisfied, they'd come back to make it right. We've never had to call them back for any of their services, as they've always done a great job. Took a picture after everything had dried and it was night and day. I highly recommend Ned Stevens! Most of the time, we don't even have an interaction as their services are performed without the need of the homeowners presence. It was a pleasure dealing with the 2 gentlemen that made our deck look brand new.

While they were prompt and did clear the gutters, they damaged the heating wires on the roof. Ultimately, i had to climb on the roof to repair the damage.
I will not be recommending this company to friends and neighbors. I will be moving on to a different company in the spring.

Very happy with the Crew they have been sending out. They work fast and leave it clean. The yearly fee for gutter cleaning is very reasonable.

Ned Stevens crews have recently performed excellent work on the gutters for our home.
First, they were able to completely clean out our gutters which had been clogged for quite awhile. I was able to see that during a recent, very heavy rainstorm that the gutters were flowing properly with the rain water properly flowing into and out of the drains at the base of the house. During the storm, the gutters did not overflow as they had been doing previously. After the storm, the one gutter that I can see from a window in the house was completely clear of water.
Second, they returned as scheduled a couple of weeks later to repair some downspouts and downspout joints (which they replaced with scuppers) that had been loose and/or leaking. They were able to send me a text message when they were on the way here, so that I was able to meet them outside to see them perform their work.

Ned’s Home, crew members promptly showed up to clean the house windows and completed the job in a timely manner. Crew was also friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends!!

The service was fine but it was just too early. We normally do this cleaning closer to the end of the season given the amount of trees that surround our home and the timing of those leaves and pine needles falling.

SCAM - I have tried to cancel the services and they keep showing up. Very sneaky. If you call to cancel they make you jump through hoops and have a scripted answer for everything as well as put you on hold for extended periods of time. Clearly a ploy to get the caller to give up. Used to be a good company, but under new ownership and awful.

So many things went wrong here, the main thing was that they went to the wrong house and cleaned their dryer vents. Told me they had done mine, but since you don't have to be home to have them done, I didn't know this until they sent me a picture of the home. They tried to explain it as an "honest mistake" and a "flaw of the GPS". What if they were painters, and they had painted the wrong house? Plus the price they were going to charge me ended up creeping up from the original quote. Just an all around bad experience. I don't have faith in this company at all.

Really great experience with Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning. Ernesto and his crew came out the same day I called, and did a thorough gutter cleaning job.
These guys are clearly experts in gutter cleaning, as I watched them work. Afterwards, they did a comprehensive inspection, and identified where we needed some recommended minor repair work done — which I later reviewed and agreed too.
Finally, the cost for all this was less than I expected.
Great company. Great service. Happy customer.

Used Ned Stevens for the first time this year. I used to use Gutter Kings, but they seemed to have sold the business or at least the customer list to Ned Stevens.

Communication and scheduling was easy enough, but I'm honestly not sure they did much of anything and what little they cleaned out was left in clumps on the lawn. In years past the folks cleaning my gutter produced some bags of the leaf litter they cleaned out. I watched them some and these folks didn't appear to collect anything. Now I have a gutter obviously blocked and overflowing and it is one that has never been problematic in the 20 years I've owned this home.

The sales folks just seemed to want to sell me some service contract for this, but I wouldn't deal with them again.

I have very mixed feelings about this company. They were very prompt to clean gutters. I specifically warned them to be careful with the ice dam wires that were near the gutters. Unfortunately, the damaged 2 sections that ultimately required myself to repair.

I specifically asked them, if possible reinstall leaf guards… they did NOT reinstall them. Not only did they NOT install them they left the old leaf guards in my bushes tangled up and underneath my bushes.

After spotty service for years with Ned’s we informed them we were selling our home. They call us for service appointment, we tell them No we have sold the home. Today I get an inspection report and a bill. We contacted them and received “well we did the work” as an answer. Unsatisfactory all along and even worse after leaving them. Watch your back with this service.

We had our gutters cleaned by Ned Stevens Home. It's the first time they came to our house and the crew was courteous and seemed to be very thorough.

I was away during their last visit. However, when my wife and I arrived home we found the gutters cleared of leaves (there were a lot of them), the roof cleaned of leaves and branches and our deck also cleared of leaves. All of this had been work for which we had previously scheduled and paid. Ned’s will be my go to guys for this and other needed work.

They text that they’re coming, but usually, we receive the text one to two minutes before they arrive or as they are arriving so it doesn’t give you much time to say no if you were not expecting the service. Also, last time they were here when they took all of their ladders and equipment, they left some pieces on the ground (I think are like the ladder stops or something). They stay for about 20 minutes and charge about $150. We think they’re a little overpriced..

That being said, they do a good job cleaning up.

This is an awesome service…gutter cleaning …they show up once a year with 2 guys and they are done in a half hour… the price is very reasonable and the service is seamless. The only thing I would love to see is a email or text a week or so ahead so I have an idea when they are coming. Instead I get a text that they are on their way. I spoke to them about this and they said to trust the process as they have never missed me yet

Crew showed up and performed job in a timely and clean manner. The only issue i have with this company is they dont let you know when they are coming until like 10 minutes beforethey show up You cant schedule a specific day or time frame .I understand why its done like this but i just wanted to mention it.

They came as expected and went right to work. They were extremely thorough getting on the roof testing the drainage with a hose. They also cleaned all of the debris around the house.

Very impressed with them and highly recommend them. I will be calling them back.
