I've had this company as a customer for some time now. It was one of my best decisions. The company is quick to respond to all inquiries and concerns. It maintains a professional level at all times. It was fast and easy to get our air conditioner working. I would recommend them to anyone needing an air conditioning install.

The work they do is excellent and very well-organized. They found the direct cause of my air conditioning not working cold. A few parts replaced and I was good to go

I called the number on the website for Locke H&C, and they told me it was not the number for a company, rather it was the number for Angi's List. I am now being spammed with nonstop calls from random numbers for several days, and not getting an answer when I try to call the phone number on the website again to tell them to please put me on a do not call list.

The moment they finished, the difference was palpable--our heating system hummed like a dream. Their expert touch turned endless drafts into a cozy sanctuary, enhancing our comfort beyond expectations.

My ac broke down the day before I attended my daughter's graduation. Temperatures were expected in the mid-90's. Called Jacob's. Christian, a great tech Christian, came over right away. He fixed my problem in a flash and was very helpful. He saved the graduation. Thank you.

Before the business cleaned out my ducts I didn't realize how much dust and allergens were there. The technicians were polite, professional and installed filters to improve air flow. The technician is someone I will definitely use again.

Jerry Smith of Billy Go was incredible. He was knowledgeable, answered questions, and helped fix our clogged up kitchen sinks and drain lines. He made me feel like he cared about my problems and was very knowledgeable. Jerry is our top recommendation for any plumbing issues.

Service is fast and reasonably priced. I had a minor issue with my furnace/air conditioner. I called the after-hours service at 7:30am and left a voicemail. They sent someone by 9:15 after someone called at 8:45. Unfortunately, I did not get the name of this guy. The technician fixed the problem and also looked at other items to give me some tips on how to maintain my house. It was a great help.
