We've had an excellent experience with this HVAC company. When our old furnaces failed on the coldest of days, Liam, Gary, and their team arrived quickly, assessed the situation, provided a quote and started work immediately. After our basement flooded, and our brand new furnaces were damaged they responded immediately, and helped us sort everything out with our insurance. They also worked with our electric company to obtain rebates on new heat pumps that replaced our old air conditioners. Their advice and service has always been excellent, and they have always put our needs before anything else.

We were very pleased with the service. Our cooling issues were solved quickly and efficiently. We learned so much about how to make our cooling and heating systems more efficient, as well as the importance of routine maintenance. We recommend Fox Service Company as well as Silence Redfearn the technician that worked on our unit. We look forward seeing her when we schedule the Fall Maintenance! Next time she goes to lunch, you should order steak and bring a dessert! THANK YOU.

My AC was acting up during the heatwave and I had an amazing experience with this business. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally from the moment that I called. James (the technician) was by far the star of the show. James was not only friendly and punctual but also extremely well-informed. He quickly diagnosed my AC's problem, explained the situation in a clear and understandable way, and in no time had it running like new. His attention-to-detail, respect for me and my home, as well as his genuine care in getting the job right, really stood out. You can see that he is proud of his work and it really made the difference. I cannot recommend this service highly enough. Call these guys for any AC issue. James is the best person to ask.
