David and James were exceptional and the type of service professionals that should be the example for others when needing a repair. Customer care was very professional & responsive. Received same day service for oil furnace issue. Technician was informative during the whole repair & tune up. Also, sent pictures of parts that were replaced because I couldn’t be present. Very fairly priced and will certainly use them again!

Dave was excellent when our heat wasn't working. He responded quickly and was very communicative and made time in his schedule to come out that same day. Then he spent countless hours bleeding our system and fixing our heat. He came back 3 separate times and followed up until the heat was working perfectly! Highly recommend his services and will definitely use him in the future.

I contacted David over yelp and explained the issue we were facing with a furnace inducer motor-. David was very responsive and helped troubleshoot the issue with me over the phone. The repair was not urgent so he worked with me to order a part from a supply store as it way much cheaper than the local supplier. Once the part was delivered he installed it and work was completed timely. I had requested a quote from Sila and they were significantly higher. Overall highly recommend them and will use them again for any future heating and cooling system repair work.

Although David didn't actually do the job for me, he was worried about having to overcharge me and helped me purchase a tough to find outdated pressure switch from a dealer who only dealt with licensed technicians. Instead of making money, he helped me with this problem out of the goodness of his heart. It's good to know there's genuinely honest and good people like David out there. His time and help were invaluable and I couldn't be more appreciative. I'd hire him in a heartbeat if I needed another heating/HVAC problem solved. He is amazing!

David and his team were great—literally hundreds of dollars less than I was quoted by two larger HVAC companies on the North Shore. Top notch communication and service. They cleaned our ductless minisplits and two condenser coil units. Highly recommend.

I had a problem with one of my mini-splits leaking water and I was concerned it was a serious issue. Home warranty was going to take a very long time to check the issue so I went online to find local HVAC in the area. David was super responsive, helpful and I was able to schedule quickly. He and his team were very professional and diagnosed the issue quickly. Very reasonably priced too!

David came and assessed what we needed during the busiest time of year. I am very thankful for his time. Originally I had a large national company come to do routine maintenance check and they told me I needed a whole new system. I looked on Google for another company and thank goodness found Professional Oil and HVAC out of Winthrop. Jose came and looked again at our systems, performed a leak check, and made sure our system was cooling properly. I will be calling David and his team for all our HVAC needs in the future.

Fantastic work provided by David. We've got an older oil burner that needed a thorough service/cleaning and David answered immediately. He showed up on time and ready to go and was extremely professional. When he was done he provided before and after photos (which were extremely helpful in showing how dirty our system was) and explained what he did. Very friendly and capable, would highly recommend.

I had a plumber bail on me last minute. I contacted David and he did everything possible to get me a replacement water heater. David went above and beyond to find a water heater. David and his crew were professional and kept me updated with the progress.

My A/C went out during the beginning of the heatwave- I got 4-5 estimates. All of them except David of Professional Oil and HVAC tried to sell me a new system- never even looking to fix my problem. I got quotes of 15K, 20K, 25K- David resolved my problem within an hour for less than $300. He came and began to figure out what the problem, was a blown motor. Hallelujah!!! Honest.
