A Meli explained the complete workflow from identifying problems to implementing the solutions interactively. So we know we're paying for professional job at an honest price. Kelvin was a very efficient, well versed and an extremely polite technician . Kelvin knew exactly what was happening with the heating system and explained the issues fully to me. Central Cooling & Heating is lucky to have an employee of Kelvins caliber. Also Lisa in the office who answered my call was extremely helpful and reassuring to me.

Brian was very professional, friendly, and explained all aspects of his inspection of our HVAC system. He did a great job and made sure everything was clean when he finished. Would absolutely recommend Brian and Central Heating and Cooling!

We had our annual maintenance A/C performed today. Brian, the technician who did work did a wonderful job he was very thorough and very knowledgeable in every aspect of maintenance procedures. I would recommend him to perform the maintenence on your A/C. He was friendly and easy to talk to. Kudos to Brian

Central Cooling is a great company. For more than 20 years they have done repairs, provided system maintenance and even installed a new heating and hot water system with reliable and well-trained specialists. Last week Phil & Marcus came for an annual inspection. The work they did, the advice and insights they provided were outstanding, perhaps my best experience in 20 years. Thank you.

Phil and Marcus were so great. My heat wasn’t working this morning and they helped explain what may have been happened (could have been user error) and were super patient and understanding. They ran the heat pump several times, gave my dog some love and shared some tips and best practices.

Brian was a great resource and answered all our concerns. He was knowledgeable and extremely patient. Central heating has found a gem in Brian. Very very thorough and pleasant to work with. I have had the same tech Bruno Barbosa - several times and he has been terrific. He is very professional and competent. Each time, I have been very impressed by the fact that he takes the time to explain exactly what he is doing and how things work. He points out what may potentially be a problem later. He is a great asset to Central Cooling and Heating.

Abdel went right to work. We went over the issues he did some troubleshooting and we discussed my options. I made my decision and he got right to work to replace a faulty thermostat. Once he finished that he suggested and I agreed he perform a tune up on the furnace. He was thorough, performing the tune up, then checking all the thermostats and heating zones, confirming proper operation and finished the work. He was quite good, professional and I would recommend him.

Had my furnace inspected and cleaned. Sandro was quick and communicated well. In spite of a miscommunication Lisa with customer service was very responsive and we were able to resolve the situation painlessly and effectively. Wonderful company

Alex was clean and neat inappropriate labeled cooling and heating uniform. He was polite and professional. He explained everything he was doing thanks to me. He did it several times with no aggravation. He went about his work and when he was done, he once again explained to myself and my wife by showing us everything he had done and what the results of the inspection were and answered all of our questions is always mindful of moving through our house with his clean boots on taking them off, putting them on repeatedly and he was a pleasure to have a house.

Brian conducted a very thorough and complete evaluation and maintenance of our heating system. He also took the time to explain everything that he did, and also explained very clearly what was covered. It was very impressed by his professionalism.
