Pann is (too) pricey, but they show up when they say they will and do high quality work. The employees are quality people that you feel comfortable having in your home. They were very respectful of COVID preferences.

I had Ryan O come to my house to fix my gas fireplace. Ryan was very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. I have asked Ryan to come back to do some other things for me.
Would I recommend Ryan to others, most definitely.

Matthew D. and Jack P. came over to fix our clogged tub drain. It turned out to be quite the beast and they were very nice and diligent in tackling it. It turned out to require a much more expensive solution than the standard snake work, but they did as best they could and were able to improve how quickly it was draining.

From the moment I call to express my need, the CS agent is so kind and helpful -- all delivery times and expectations of service are met with great service, support and I love that all the field agents that have been to our home also advise us with expert recommendation on how best to continue caring for our home. I'm glad I switched to Pann for our home needs

STAY AWAY. If I could give this a zero rating I would. Part of a sink broke in one of my elderly parents bathroom which she needed prior to a surgery that was coming up. They did not show up in the time they gave nor did they have the courtesy of calling and updating us. then they tried to sell us a part that only cost $100 for $1,000 a complete ripoff, all while having the gall to try to get us to sign up for their maintenance program. Ryan was punctual and efficient. He came with a protective floor covering and shoe protectors.
He explained everything that he was doing in clear understandable language. He was very polite, friendly and respectful. We had Ryan service us in 2016 and will request his service again.

We have been customers of Pann Home Services for 10 years. I think that the success of this Company in attracting new and keeping the existing customers is mostly in the hands of its employees. Recently, I needed help with plumbing . The plumber Timothy Boovar arrived on time and identified the the problem very quikly. Timothy is very technically adept and knowledgeable. He also provides highly professional advice on the plumbing services. I trust Mr. Boovar's expertise entirely and therefore I am happy to have been your customer for many years. Workers like Mr. Boovar make myself and others your loyal customers. I will happily refer Pann Home Services & Remodeling to my friends. PANN has taken care of so many issues in our house I can't keep track anymore. Their plumbing services are top notch, their service pros communicate the problem they're solving and price to fix, and the completed jobs are always done right. We are members and continue to call on them to fix each thing in this house until the whole house (which was a pile of small and large disasters) is fixed. Almost done, guys... almost...

Kollin was exceptional - kind, enthusiastic, and very knowledgeable. He explained every step he took in inspecting our AC unit, was very detail-oriented, and I learned a great deal from the experience. He was also very upfront with the costs of any additional services - making sure that I understood all the options and their associated costs before we made a selection. I would absolutely recommend him and look forward to continue working with him in the future.

Awesome customer service from when I first called to when they came to our home. He came right at 730am despite the possible 1 hour window because we had asked if this was possible so that we could get to work. I was impressed with his promptness and the flexibility they had to make this happen for us!! During the visit he was very professional and courteous and we could tell he knew his stuff! I would definitely recommend.

Twice now over the years our boiler (an old but high quality workhorse) has died in the middle of the boston winter. Both times we had a first opinion where we were charged to be told it was too old to fix or diagnose. Both times the service person from Pann has fixed the problem for a fraction of replacing. They were responsive and professional. Would highly recommend!

Jon D, Dave, and Brandon gave excellent serivce on kitchen renovation project. Jon, as manager, was forthright, responsive, kept us informed, and brought the job in on time and on budget. Everything was done right. Our home was kept clean. Honest about money and gave discounts or credits where appropriate. I would recommend unquivocally and have come back to Pann for other work. Kevin and Steve built a cage around the chimney vent to our fire place to protect it. It was difficult to reach but they got to it easily. They measured, built and painted it to match the our existing exterior. They were hardworking, courteous and very quick. This was their second project in the last 5 months. Great guys1

Will never call again. One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever encountered. The first plumber came out and was in a hurry and didn't fix our faucet or drain that we called them to repair because he seemed to be in a hurry to get to his next appointment after arriving in the last 30 minutes of a 4 hour window. I called to have someone come back out and the manager said he would send me a quote and call me back to reschedule. He never called but sent an email with the quote. After a week I emailed the manager back because I never received times to schedule the appointment and he had of his administrative employees call me a day later to schedule the appointment. The day of the second appointment the plumber was late and when I asked him why he smirked, shrugged his shoulders and said "it doesn't matter". He then went into the bathroom to look at the tub we needed repaired and said they would have to order parts and come back when the manager said they would be fixing the problem on that appointment. At that point I decided not to work with this company and look elsewhere. At no point during the process did one employee apologize or try to make up for any of their unprofessionalism or rudeness.

Peter came to check our heating system - in a very old house. He took the time to get to know the system, explain to me how it works and how to take best care of it, and fixed a pitch problem with one of the radiators with an easy quick fix on the spot. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks, Peter!

Last week Dave F. came to my home to install a large wooden African sculpture on a skinny wall in my living room. He did an outstanding job. It almost looks like it's levitating! it's so good. I could not be more pleased. Then, Dave installed two shelves in my second bathroom and hung a new, heavy mirror in the bathroom as well. When he was done, he showed me what he had done to see if I was satisfied. I most definitely was! I highly recommend Dave to install anything in your home. Not only will he do an impeccable job, but he'll do it without leaving any pencil marks on your wall. ( I don't know how he got rid of my sloppy, dark pencil marks!)

My wife and I are opening a new restaurant in Cambridge. Matt D. came out to do a walkthrough with me and give us an estimate about what we needed done. He was incredibly helpful and honest. He and Austin worked quickly and efficiently and were amazing overall. We are going to request Matt D to be our service tech for every call that we make to Pann Home Services.

Collin was so polite, timely and knowledgeable? He took the time to go over all my questions. Having PAnn as our home service provider has been working out great !!! Especially with a rental unit. We have had them come out for many different services and all are great in all fields.

I have used Pann Home Services to service my furnace for many years and have been extremely happy with them. For the last 2 years my service agent was Kollin, and I can't say enough good about him. He is always prompt, professional, and friendly. He explains things clearly and shows you what he is talking about. He answers all my questions. I highly recommend Kollin and Pann Home Services.

Matt D and Austin were both fantastic! They were extremely friendly and helpful in addressing my issues with my hot water heater and boiler. They quickly and efficiently figured out what the issue was and went above and beyond to make sure that the problem was resolved. I would highly recommend Pann Home Services and Matt D and Austin!

Each and every time, the customer reps in the office, the techs, and even the owner, have all gone above and beyond each and every time I have needed their assistance.
