ServiceMaster came to assess water damage from a leaky flashing around chimney which caused water to pour through my bedroom ceiling. It was a very traumatic situation and the professionals who came to our house were so compassionate and explained the process that would be taking place in order to mediate the damage. There professionalism was so welcomed and allowed us to process what was about to happen in order to remedy the leak and damage. They removed the ceiling, placed dehumidifies and cleaned up perfectly in order to wait for the rebuild of the area.
I only have the best words to say about ServiceMaster. Thank you to the wonderful team for all your help.

Service masters was recommended by our insurance adjuster and I have no idea why. Probably because they're cheaper for the insurance to cover but as the saying goes "you get what you pay for". In their case, you actually get less than what you pay for! Seriously THE WORST services ever. I wish I could give them a -5 star rating because they don't even deserve the 1!
They were hired to do soot removal from our home which was supposed to include things like removing a dropped ceiling and all of the insulation, cleaning items covered in soot or documenting them for replacement for anything they could not clean.
Well not only did they not clean well AT ALL, they actually missed part of the ceiling and insulation that was supposed to be COMPLETELY removed. The dropped ceiling grid wasn't cleaned AT ALL and they even bent some of the grid pieces during the tile and insulation removal. Other items weren't cleaned properly either.
I've discovered some of my possessions are actually missing entirely since they "cleaned". No, not damaged items that needed to be thrown out, but obviously things they THOUGHT would go unnoticed.
This is THE WORST company you could use for any type of "services" they offer. I hope this review might help others from falling victim to this terrible company.
And the only response I'd care to have from the "owner" on this review, would be an offer of a full refund so that a qualified company could come and RE-clean everything that they either half cleaned or didn't clean at all!

This company has to be the worst of all the contractor's that I have had to deal with after my house fire. Scheduled an appointment for an estimate on water damage clean up. The appointment was kept on time and the technician was very professional. Measurements and photos were taken and a quote was to be delivered. Days went by and no quote witch lead to phone calls from me chasing them. When a connection was finally made with the firm I was ask about who was paying for the service. As soon as I said that I would pay in full upon completion of the service they had no further contact with me. Leaves me to think about how companies like this one are tied up with major insurance companies ? Don't waste your time with them !

Hi..I had ServiceMaster the past few weeks….the owner and all the team members were very good and easy to communicate with. They did a superb job cleaning a tough fire restoration along with a service attitude that was excellent!

In addition they were ..,Hard working and courteous which shows they are very professional.

After having a room built out in my basement, days after it was finished I had a pipe burst. The newly finished room was flooded out and my insurance company suggested I call ServiceMaster.

At first I was not pleased with the communication from the team that was sent out however after a call to main office they sent someone else out who explained everything and handled my concerns. I’m glad they took my call seriously and appreciated them owning the initial experience and rectifying it.

Phenomenal service. My wife called them after a baseboard heat pipe burst caused water damage. A supervisor was their inspecting damage in about an hour and within a few hours had a crew their to cleanup. All the workers were clean, friendly and very professional. I was amazed how all the workers were so professional. Highly recommend!

I consider myself lucky to have discovered New England Stoneworks! They have done several projects for me - brick patio, slate base and path to outdoor shower, re-lay brick walk, large rocks for landscaping and stones for parking areas. Their work - and design counsel - has always exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them very highly!

The New Look crew worked hard and pulled out a massive tree trunk from the side of my driveway to widen my crumbling old driveway...I was pleased with their perseverance and am very happy with my new smooth wider driveway!!! Hard workers and easy communication...would use them again for sure!

Honest and good work, would easily recommend them. Nice people who seem to know what they are doing. Professional and the extended driveway they did and the seal coating on the existing driveway look great.

New Look Paving gave a very reasonable price, was prompt in service and exceeded my expectations in quality. Highly recommended.

Start to finish they had a fast turnaround—scheduled us quickly, showed up & did the work when they said they would? Only took about 2 hours for our very short driveway. Would recommend!

The driveway looks great. The crew worked through sweltering, heat, and thunderstorms, and still did a great job.

Very responsive when called. They quickly met with me and gave me an estimate and an install date at the first meeting. After a few rain delays, they showed up early on the day of the install and were finished by that evening. They had to remove some more dirt and other debris than first anticipated, but still got everything done. We are now enjoying our expanded driveway.

They paved my driveway and it came out amazing. I am very happy with the outcome. They are very professional, do amazing work and their pricing is beyond great. I would highly recommend this company!!
