Constraction reviews in Worcester, Massachusetts

I had my driveway recoated in Worcester in September 2023. This is the first time I got this done and New look did a brilliant job. Honestly it was in a bad shape with lots of cracks and grass grown through the cracks everywhere. Bob was prompt to respond to my enquiry and educated me how the process will be done and gave me an instant quote. Tasha and Mike started their work early in the day as scheduled. I am very impressed with the amount of handwork they have put in to make the driveway a "New Look" :-) again. Thank you very much New Look and a special thanks to Mike and Tasha!

Over The Top Sealcoating did the work and were professional, excellent quality work, worked late to complete the job. They kept the work area organized and clean. I will recommend them to friends and would strongly recommend them to anyone wishing to have their driveway done.

Very difficult driveway to pave because of the grade. They installed a drain in front of my 2 car garage to prevent any water from coming inside. They did an amazing job highly recommend. They are also replacing our walkway and stairs. Will update once that’s done as well.

We would highly recommend this company for your walkway restoration, power washing, and seal coating projects.

New Look did an amazing job repaving our driveway here in Shrewsbury. They arrived on time, were professional and got the whole job done in one day. They even came back the next day to check their work and to make sure we were satisfied with the job. I would recommend them to anyone in need of their services. Top notch organization.

We have a long and pitchy driveway. Pricing was fair, the crew was amazing, it was done quickly, and it looks amazing! Could not be happier!!

The work completed was of a high standard. Well done. to all involved. My thanks to you all.

Bob and his team at New Look Paving were a pleasure to work with. They were always very responsive and always made sure we were happy. They also completed the driveway very soon after giving a quote which was great, compared to others who were a month out. Bob's son Randy was there the day of the project overseeing everything, Randy went above and beyond to make sure it was done to our liking. I would use them again in an instant. Thank you New Look Paving!

I spoke with their salesman, Bob, about extending the width of my driveway and applying a seal coat after. After agreeing to the project terms, and paying a deposit, I called when ready to schedule the work. It took over a month of multiple calls and text messages with Bob to finally get the crew to do the work. He repeatedly told me a day the work would begin, only to have that day come and go with no follow up call from anybody at New Look. A crew finally showed up a day early, knocking on my door at 7:00am. They told me Bob said he had called me to let me know of the schedule change, he did not. The crew sent was also from a different company, not New Look. After two days, I was left with a sub-par driveway: the thin layer of seal coat didn’t fully cover certain areas and I found piles of the material used to fill in the cracks left behind in the driveway, which they covered in seal coat vs cleaning up. I left a message with Bob the next day, but wasn’t surprised that he didn’t respond. I then called New Look two days later, but still haven’t heard back. That was three weeks ago. Working with this company was a stressful, disappointing experience. Bob told me New Look is a woman-owned business, which was the deciding factor for me when choosing a company. I question now if that is even true. I would never recommend New Look to anyone.

New Look did our driveway and built a walkway. Bob answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly. The crew was professional, experienced, and did a great job. They took care with the entire project and did not rush, which we appreciated

Rob and his team were incredible! We needed our old flagstone basement repointed and sealed, and the team was able quickly solve our problem for us. The finish product was way beyond what we could've expected. The team made us feel confident and reassured every step of the way. They went above and beyond when new problems became visible and really took care of us. We highly recommend using these guys! We will definitely be using them on future projects!

We are satisfied with the work done. I'm happy. They are friendly. I love how my parking lot turned out. Totally recommended. All the guys are very kind. Thank you Thank you .

The team from New Look was absolutely wonderful!! They did a beautiful job putting in yard drainage to solve the major water issues I was having in my backyard. The team worked fast, did a beautiful job leveling the ground and seeding and, most importantly cleaning up!! Thank you so much!

New look paved driveway at our home in Worcester, and the entire process was smooth, fast, and professional from start to finish. Their team completed the job in just few hours, and the results are clean, level, and exactly as promised.

New Look did a great job with the driveway and was able to add an extension! any questions I had they answered and any miscommunication, they were willing to rectify! they were great to work with and would recommend

They were quick and very efficient. Had them rip out my old driveway and put in a new one while extending it. They ripped it out within 2 hours and the rubble taken away and the new one installed before I got home from work, that includes putting a sub base down.

We are delighted with the work that Bob and his team has done to restore our very tired driveway and give it a brand new life. We had shopped around for quotes to do the work but it was New Look who responded within 24 hours of us reaching out, and came immediately to assess the work and provide an estimate. Kudos to them for such timely and excellent customer service. I needed to wait until late October to get the driveway cleared but called him back as soon as we were ready and he made sure to fit us in to his busy schedule within the next 2 days. His team was extremely thorough and kept us updated on progress. They were meticulous about adhering to our requests relating to proximity to garden beds too. The job was completed within 2 days and we are extremely pleased with the result. Thank you Bob, Randy and your excellent crew!
