Constraction reviews in Worcester, Massachusetts

Called Tri-State after realizing we had a leak allowing water through the attic and into our bathroom. John happened to be in the area and came by in about an hour. He was able to diagnose the issue honestly and with thorough explanation. They are one of the only roofing companies that welcome repair work as others would not bother with a small job like this. They were able to come back later in the day with a crew and take care of the leak. Not only did they fix the flashing issue around one roof vent, Ralph, the owner, checked our other three vents and fixed one that would we didn’t even realize had an issue! They never once tried to upsell and were straightforward the entire process. There can’t be enough said for a company like this that you can trust. We will be having them back to give an estimate for a new deck and they’ll be the ones to replace our roof when the time comes-something they also gave an honest timeline of 6-8 years on. A lot of companies out there can easily take advantage of the consumer, not Tri-State Construction. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend!

Tri-State was fantastic! He answered the phone, he came out the next day, he arrived when he said he was going to, he gave me a reasonable price for my roof repair and didn’t tell me I needed a brand new roof. He got in before the next storm, and repaired it. Excellent communication, excellent service and Affordable. A rare find today.

My husband and I recently had a new roof put on our home by Tri State and truly cannot say enough good things about John, Raf, and the whole team. From start to finish we have been so impressed with the professionalism! First of all, John was incredibly responsive -- if you've tried contacting anyone about fixing anything in/on your home, you know how frustrating it can be to call, leave a message, and then...crickets. Not Tri State! John and Jay came out to scope the project the same day we called them. Practically unheard of! And when it came time to work on the roof the whole crew was thorough, professional, and such hard workers. The new roof looks incredible, they even fixed a couple leaky spots on our detached garage, and did a wonderful cleanup job. We are already planning on reaching out when we need some work done in the future -- and with a 120 year old house, there's never a shortage of work to be done! 10/10, highly recommend.

This is our second time working with Raf & team. We’ve used them for roofing once and vinyl sidings twice on two separate properties. They have been super easy to work with, fairly priced, and do great work! Any issues or questions I have had was met with quick action/response. I would recommend them and will be using them for future work.

Would highly recommend Rafael and his crew for any roofing work. This is the second property they have worked on to entirely replace the roof, and the quality, communication, and pricing has all been professional and timely. Much appreciation to the team for a job well done.

With Tri-State Construction I did not talk to a sales person but to the owner who did the actual work installing my new roofing. He answered all of my questions I had after the initial estimate. The job was done in one day, the crew cleaned up everything and I like the results.

I cannot say enough about Tri-State Construction! Raf was so quick to respond when I called about my roof and did such an awesome job with the repairs I needed. In addition to his incredible expertise and knowledge, all the communication I had with Raf was exceptional. I am genuinely grateful for the amazing work and wonderful service I received and HIGHLY recommend Tri-State Construction to everyone!

Tri-State did an excellent job replacing our roof. They were prompt and professional. I would highly recommend them! John was super helpful at explaining things and gave us a decent price. Raf made sure everything was done right. We are very happy with the results!

I am glad I chose Tri State Contractors do do my roof.

I had a problem with my roof cap from one of the recent high wind storms and didn't notice the problem until a day before a big rain storm is supposed to come on Sunday.

Rafal came out on Sunday morning and made the repair under warranty for the roof they installed 10 yrs ago.

Rafal was awesome.
Life happens and I am comforted by the fact that Tri State stands behind their products and workmanship.

You won't regret choosing them for your project.

Tri-State Construction replaced our low pitched roof on our addition with a new rubber roof. Communication was excellent from the time I requested the quote through the completion of the project. Raf and his team arrived on-time and finished the entire job within a day with zero impact to our daily lives. The job site was left spotless and we now have a leak proof roof that will last years beyond what we would have gotten with a rolled shingle roof, and all for a very reasonable price. We highly recommend Tri-State for your roofing needs.

Raphael was great, very professional and punctual. Did exactly what he said he was going to do. Would definitely recommend this business for any roofing needs!! Thank you for the great experience!

My experience with Tri-State was excellent. They gave me a free and fair estimate and honored that estimate on my contract. The crew worked efficiently and safely and they let the area cleaner than they found it. My roof looks great and they were able to replace only parts of the poor wood underneath to work within my budget. I would highly recommend!

John and his crews were great to work with. They replaced the roof for my parents and my house. They are quick and got the job done with quality. The price may be unbeatable. Highly recommend!!!

Tri-State Construction Co. completed my roofing in one day and when they finished it was like they were never there, the yard was spotless. Their price is very competitive, I would highly recommend this company.

This crew was prompt, professional, and did a beautiful job on our roof. They worked they completed the work in one day and the cleanup was amazing. The price was very reasonable.

This team responded to any questions I had almost immediately and were here exactly when they said they would be for both the quote and the job itself. I would highly recommend them!!!

We had a windstorm on March 3rd and it blew it off my shingles from my roof and my siding. I wasn't ridiculously worried about it until the 16th when I woke up and saw some stains in the ceiling. From then I was on a hunt, I called Tri-State and John picked up and came within 45 minutes. Gave me a quote that was reasonable for me and said he would do the roofing part today and then come back for the siding. And that he did---finished my roof on Monday and siding today! Good communication! Efficient! Nice! Professional!...And he texts which now a days is a plus! I would recommend his company and I will call him again if I need to.

Finding a trustworthy, reliable roofers is ( from what I hear) a very difficult thing to do as a homeowner.
We did a lot of research, and look around for many different options and quotes.
John is an individual of absolute and integrity. Total responsible, friendly and reacts to any situation.
You are great company and thank you for a great job ,,

I wish I could give more stars than 5. Look no further for roof repair services! These guys came last minute to my house and repaired my roof leak /chimney flush in a matter of hours that same day. Affordable price, quick repair, and super friendly. Not only that he went above and beyond telling me about a different problem I may need to look into and went in my attic to take pictures for me which was in a completely different scope of practice than construction. I would hire them again in a heartbeat, I’m more than happy with their service. I’ve included before and after photos. Thank you so much!

I would highly recommend Tri-State Construction for all roofing and exterior carpentry. Rafal was quick to answer all my questions and completed the project on time and on budget. His team did a great job installing all new exterior azek trim boards and installing the new roof. The project was completed over a span of 5 days, the job site was always clean and safe at the end of each day. Highly recommend!

Highly Trained Professional Crew. They did everything exceptionally well. Quality is outstanding. Did a fantastic job cleaning up the Job Site afterwards. I would recommend.

They stripped, ice/water, flashed, and shingled parts of the house roof; as well as redoing all the gutter hangers. As well as shingling the shed roof.

Great job. Reasonably priced. Excellent service. A+ job. The staff were very careful with my garden in the front of my house. Clean up was very professional and complete. The price was well within my budget. I highly recommend this company. Raf was on site as well overseeing the project. If you want old school workmanship, this is the company to hire.
