Constraction reviews in Worcester, Massachusetts

Just based on the first experience alone, when they came to give me a quote after an ice dam took my gutter off, these are good guys. Climbed through the snow to remove pieces of the siding that were hanging off for me. Totally didn’t have to do this, but were just being kind.

Excellent company, had a leak in my roof, they responded right away and had it fixed within 24 hours. Very glad to find a trustworthy business to help with home repairs that I can't do myself. Will definitely remain a customer and recommend to others. Greatly appreciate your help with the repair!

Tri-State did a fabulous roofing job in 2018. When I called them this year with a possible roof leak they came to check it out immediately. Unusual these days to have a company where someone actually picks up the phone and graciously does what they say they're going to do. Not only did Raffel seem to figure out the quick repair but he fixed a gutter that had nothing to do with it. I highly recommend Tri-State.

Raf and his team were fantastic! We needed part of the siding and roof to be replaced due to a leak, it was fixed beautifully. He is professional, responsive, and meticulous. Price was reasonable. Most importantly, he’s very commutative on the timeline and clear on explaining what needs to be done. We highly recommend his services!

Great guys to work with. Very responsive and came out the day after I called to discuss options for replacing my roof shingles. Great team of roofers, took care to protect the house from falling shingles. Did a great job with the flashing. Cleaned up everything nicely after they were done.

I recently had Tri-State Construction install a brand-new roof and complete all the PVC vinyl trim on my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was extremely efficient, professional, and easy to work with. They showed up on time, worked diligently, and kept the job site clean throughout the entire process.

What really stood out was how they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly. They paid close attention to detail, addressed every question I had, and made sure the final product looked flawless. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and my home looks better than ever.

I highly recommend Tri-State Construction to anyone looking for quality work and a company that truly cares about its customers. Excellent service and an excellent experience! Thank you, RAF and your team.

Raphael of TriState did a fantastic job of clearing a ton of snow from my roof to prevent ice dams. He showed up soon after I called, even during a busy stretch for his company, and a lot of roofers after our big storm. He worked quickly and safely and removed a huge amount of snow about six feet from the edge of the roof all around the house. Super nice guy with a good company. Highly recommended and would use him again,

Raf and his crew did an amazing job on my roof. Very professional, great workers, respectful towards the property, and they left the work side cleaner than they found it. Can’t wait to siding with them.

Team showed up when expected, did the work, and cleaned up. No surprise charges over initial quote. One of the best contractors I've had work on my home.

G & O Construction of Worcester is a great local contractor with years of experience and expertise for home remodeling projects. Locally owned and operated with the benefit of working with the owners throughout the project. Highly recommended.

Met the owner and he’s an extremely knowledgeable and helpful guy. Worcester local that really cares about the community. Gave me a hot tip on how to deal with drilling holes in masonry work that’s been EXTREMELY useful.
