Raffel identified the issue with my leaking chimney in a matter of minutes when others over the years did repairs that never fixed it. He replaced the flashing around my chimney and also found a hole in my vent pipe, which he repaired. While he was on my roof he also saw that my gutters were clogged and cleaned those, no extra charge. He gave me a quote, came when he said he would be here, and charged what he had quoted. Very courteous and would highly recommend!

Tri-State Construction Co. did an excellent job repairing my roof. They arrived on time and stayed within budget. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

I don’t even know we’re to start , these guys are the best. Just like every other review , I spoke with John and explained that I had a leak in my roof . He came within 15 minutes , assessed my roof and literally felt bad that he had to tell me I needed a new roof and it was beyond repair , needles to say , I didn’t even look further and his business partner RAF came to the house same day to stop my roof from leaking because it was going to rain that night and I already had damage inside . I went to take out my Ck book for the repair and RAF told me not to worry about it .Anyone else would have taken advantage of a single mom. Because my roof was in such bad shape they came two days later to do the roof . I couldn’t have been more grateful for this company John and RAF . You guys are awesome

Called Tri-state and spoke to John. Explained to him that I lived in Dorchester and needed a new roof. And in an hour and a half later he showed up at my house and gave me a price for my roof. What an amazing guy he is! I've read most of the post which mentioned John and boy were they right!! I signed a contract right on the spot without even getting any other estimates. 2 weeks later as promised his business partner Raf came with his crew and did my 3 family house Roof in one day, I couldn't believe it!! I was asking lots of questions during the process and Raf couldn't have been more helpful. I would 100 % recommend these guys to anyone. Great Job Guys!!!!

The roof of my cape house had been leaking at the dormer area for years. I've hired several roofers over the years to try an repair without success. We cut open our ceiling in the dining room and pulled out the insulation and just used a bucket to collect the rain for a very long time. I decided to try one last time to repair. I looked on Google for a roofing company with excellent reviews and saw this Company. I called the phone number and one of the owners John answered. He immediately came out to my house and gave me a very reasonable estimate and felt confident his company could fix the leak. The very next day the other owner, John and a few other guys showed up in freezing temps and wind and repaired the dormer area. I had to wait a couple weeks before we got a rain storm and today was the day. We got almost 2 inches of rain and wind and my dining room is bone dry. I would highly recommend Tri-State for your roofing needs. I'm in the insurance business and If my clients need a good roofing company I will send them to John! Thanks so much Tri-State. I'm thrilled my leaking nightmare is over.

John and Raf are a solid team - Called regarding a roof leak I'd discovered - Got an inspection from Raf the next morning and the job scheduled for shortly after. They showed up, executed on time, fast, and the price was right.

After they'd left I realized I'd miscommunicated the specific location I was worried about; Raf and crew spun back the next day and fixed that up no questions asked. (Even took into account upcoming rain and made sure I was taken care of)

These guys are solid and I'd absolutely use them again - Highly recommended!

Called two other companies before Tri-state for a leak in my roof and the first two didn't answer and no call back. Tri-state answered and is spoke to John. I explained my situation and he was literally at my house in 15 minutes . He assessed the situation and called his guys who were at my house within a half hour and mind you it was still raining . Rafael the owner got on the roof in the rain and sfopped the leak instantly . The cost to do this repair on an emergency basis was more than reasonable . I can see why they have so many great reviews. They certainly take pride in their company and that absolutely was proven here . Great guys and John was really easy to deal with. Would and will recommend them to my family friends and whomever is looking for a roof from a professional company like theirs

I would highly recommend John at Tri state. He came by the same day I called to assess our roof for a repair. He was very knowledgeable about our roof type and the leak we had. He explained everything to us clearly and helped us understand our options. Great experience overall!

During heavy rain, water started gushing into the roof of a bay window. While we were able to seal the gap with silicone temporarily, we needed to have it repaired ASAP.

I called several roofing companies, but none except Tri-State Construction were available for immediate emergency work. Rafael came by, determined the issue, and quickly scheduled the work for the next non-rainy day.

The team did a great job. Soon after the work was complete, we had heavy rain, but the bay window roof had no leaks : )

My experience with Tri-State is amazing, I wish I can give them more than 5 stars. My house started leaking so I need to replace the roof urgently. I called several companies, Tri-State is the one with lowest price and earliest that can do the job. The job was done amazingly well and fast. A crew of more than 12 guys came and finished the job in one day while most other companies told me it needs 2 days. I watched them working and took a few pictures because I am so impressed.
John is the salesman and he is a no non-sense kind of guy. He doesn't spend too much time doing the sales pitch, but get right to the point. Besides, John being an ex police officer gives me an extra sense of reliability.

I called Tri-state to give me an estimate for my roof and to repair it when we had the big rain storm in March, I spoke to John who within 15 minutes came to my house in Worcester with his crew to stop my roof from leaking ,. He is an amazing guy and was so nice . My mom who is from Liberia had told him during a conversation that she had never had Pizza. The next day , he showed up while I was at work with a pizza for my mom. These guys were awesome and I would recommend them to anybody. Rafael and the guys fixed my roof and the leak is gone. Where do I begin? The professionalism shown by John, the first partner you'll meet and by Raf, the building and roofing Master is fantastic. John's honesty and ability to anticipate any and all your questions is on point. He never misses an opportunity to take care of the customer's needs whether in a phone call or stopping by to see how things are going. Raf, the "Chief" of the crews is on the job every day, meticulously working and overseeing every aspect of the job. Our roofs, home, garage and sheds are beautiful. They were thorough, efficient, and answered all of our questions to help us feel comfortable. The end result is beautiful and we are so happy. All these good reviews are legit. Had a leak in our old roof. John returned my call promptly and came out the next day. Very honest, easy to get along with. John spent time explaining things to me and answering my endless annoying questions. 😁 Price was very fair and my wife and I didn't bother getting other quotes. They came out in a week, on time, crew was fantastic and smiling. It was an absolute pleasure having them here. Clean up was great. We feel very relieved to know we have a quality roof now and very safe knowing these guys are men of their word. It means so much to us to have people we trust.
We will be using them for our next projects too.

I’m so happy I went with Tri-State! Not only is the communication excellent, but they stand by their work! They want happy customers and they sure have one in me.

The subcontractor they hired to do my windows started strong but the interior finish carpentry was anything but.
