Constraction reviews in Worcester, Massachusetts

Excellent service from LVS Dryer Vent & Air Duct Cleaning Services Inc OF MA. The cleaning of the dryer vent and air ducts was thorough, and mold remediation promptly and successfully addressed any lingering mold issues.

We had Mr. Samia redo our steps. The steps do loook fine but he resurfaced two panels of concrete with other cement. Those two panels look terrible and very sloppy. Mr. Samia has been called several times to come and repair the panels but he does not return any calls. It appears Mr. Samia does not stand by his work. It has been one month and no repair. We would not recommend this person to anyone.

We used BBM Dryer Vent Cleaning Services for duct cleaning. We agreed to have them in our home at 8 am, and they were in my driveway at that time. Very professional, neat, and thorough service. Once the job was done, they made sure to clean everything after themselves and left my home in better condition than it was when they arrived. For the amount of time they spent working on my ducts, the price was more than fair. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who wants to improve their air quality.

Great experience all around with BBM Dryer Vent Cleaning & Termite Pest Control Services Of MA. When Tyler arrived, he immediately got to work on the dryer vent inspection and took the time to explain everything he was checking. He found an issue that required dryer vent repair, and once that was done, he completed a dryer vent cleaning. My dryer vent has honestly never worked better. He also checked my duct system and explained the benefits of regular air duct cleaning, which I’ll definitely be scheduling next. It was also helpful to learn about their wood stove cleaning service. James and the Wattson install team were awesome. Great detail to completed and thorough job. Tedious and nearly white glove installation. Followed up w/rebates and local inspections. Extremely satisfied.

Just had a big crew out to air seal, and insulate my attic and garage. It was a ton of work and they did a great job. Cleanup was thorough and they showed me what they were doing as they went along. Their auditor listened to what I was looking for and made solid suggestions on what work was best for my home. Highly recommended

Jose and his team came to my house to install the minisplits, excellent job, each of them knew what they were doing, a job well done, they picked up the trash and even vacuumed where they worked. very respectful and friendly; We definitely recommend Jose and his very efficient work team ✨✨

I recently had the pleasure of scheduling my home energy assessment with Energy Monster. I spoke with Courtney who was very knowledgeable about the services Energy Monster provides with the Mass Save program. From start to finish the process was very efficient and not stressful. I would highly recommend Energy Monster!

Used Wattson Home Solutions for a heat pump installation
Jim was very helpful in explaining the system, the rebates and walked me through the process of required paperwork
Jose, George and Angel, the installers were polite, efficient, clean and explained everything to my satisfaction
Highly recommend

Great all around experience. Courtney, who I spoke with initially, answered all my questions about the Mass Save program (I had a lot). Nick, the auditor, was knowledgeable and efficient, making the whole process take about an hour. He installed LED lightbulbs throughout my entire house (I already have a few installed). I also got 2 smart power plugs, which I use for my computer and TV. My house was recently built with spray foam insulation and I already had a programmable thermostats & low flow shower heads. Regardless it was still well worth it to do for the light bulbs alone ($$$). I will also get a $50 rebate when I install a smart thermostat.

I Still can't believe how much I got in that 1 hour audit for free. If you haven't taken advantage of the Mass Save program yet, you need to, especially if you don't have insulation, LED lights, or have if you have drafty home.

Now it's time to watch my energy bill drop :)

Thanks Energy Monster!
