It took us months to get someone to even just call us back... Great Care Lawn Service was prompt, polite, and incredibly helpful in ascertaining what was needed and setting up our appointment. GCLS has provided various mostly lawn maintenance services since 2017, after the draught of 2016 destroyed our lawn almost entirely. They did a great job in re-building healthy lawn ever since, including regular (re-)seeding, weed control, aerating and lawn fertilizing. In addition, they also helped contain pine tree fungus when needed.
We have no complaint about their reliable and courteous service.

Do not recommend this company. Very difficult to get a hold of. Sometime they respond quickly other times not at all. I was more upset that they forgot to put a sign down that they had just serviced the lawn with chemicals. I told them multiple times we have dogs and were concerned that dogs might get sick. When they come, they normally put a sign out and I take my dogs else where but this is second time they didn’t. I emailed them about and they really could not of cared less about my concerns. I frankly am not even sure they they came and serviced the lawn, only found out once I got the bill.

This is the first year I’ve used Great Care Lawn Service and going forward will use them again. I called because We found 3 ticks in 5 days on us and that was enough- haven’t found a tick since! They are professional, give me a heads up when they are coming, and leave the flag on the lawn when done- couldn’t be any happier with their service! Thank you!

I hired Great Care lawn service to perform some over seeding in the fall last year - the communication was a little bit off but their service technicians were able to walk me through my questions. However they were late to provide services but I decided to give them a second chance.

I received an email during the winter to pre pay (over a thousand dollars) for spring and summer lawn care. I had thought my pre payment would translate into great care as their name suggests. I was wrong - the lack any form communication were late on numerous treatments and if anything my lawn got worse. I have now attempted to emails them 7 times to get my last treatment refunded as it was never performed.

Andy has been so great. We originally hired him at our previous house and our lawn looked great. He is always available for other yard-related projects too: he did some stump grinding for us after the big ice storm 10 years ago. When we moved, the lawn at our new home was a DISASTER: literally looked like a sandlot after the first year. Andy came in and rescued everything: seeded things, came up with a fertilizer plan, and within a year our lawn is lush and green. He always communicates before coming for a treatment, and is always available. His prices are very very reasonable. I cannot recommend Andy and Great Care more strongly. As others have said, why would you ever go with one of these big-box national companies when Andy is nicer, easier, more affordable, more reliable, on and on.

We've been with Andy and Great Care since the start of his business, and I can say there is no need to switch to another lawn care professional. Great communication on when service visits are scheduled, and lawn looks great. Highly recommend Great Care Lawn Service! 5-stars!

Fantastic place, with great prices. We had a huge mess of debris, twigs, and 10years of grass clippings and they cleared it out. One guy in just under 5hours. They offered great competitive prices and were very nice to deal with. 10/10 recommended for all your landscaping needs!

Johnny was very polite and did an excellent job on installing gutters on my house. He also cut down some tree limbs that were a nuisance over my roof. I would recommend his service to anyone.

Starts numerous jobs at the same time and wants payment prior to completion. Does not prioritize well, finish jobs in a timely manner, clean up, keep his word or communicate well. Beware.
