.Sean called me questioned my review..had nothing but excuses blamed someone else not responsible...did not offer to make things right ..nice equipment bad business ..... 1st review....The past 2 years Sean contacted..said he would be here.for yard clean up...never showed up. I am in wheelchair making it more it worse..I keep yard in excellent condition.
Don't call sean..not a stand up guy..I worked 40 years public service..don't call Sean Davis...Sean called me questioned my review. I've used Central Mass Landscapes several times for projects ranging from patios, retaining walls to general landscape design and maintenance. Top notch quality every time. A+!

Required landscaping architect expertise to assist in developing a plan to update our front and rear yards where we moved into a new development and our lot was a bare postage stamp. Interacted with and interviewed three or four landscaping companies and decided to contract with C.M.L. The project included different phases and are included/discussed for reference. The rear yard was sloped and required a curved 100-foot concrete block retaining wall to provide a leveled area. C.M.L. provided the most technical approach on the wall design, installation specifics and final outcome goal above and beyond the other companies. In addition, we required new trees, plants and associated beds in both the front and back yards. We worked with C.M.L. and discussed numerous well thought out designs pertaining to the landscape intended goals and solutions to provide a well-developed outcome. As a byproduct of this large landscaping project the existing lawn would be a casualty however it was explained up front prior to the project start. We added in the required remediation effort (new soil/hydroseed) at the end of the project where our soil was substandard from the builder anyway. The landscaping included new soil, numerous Abortive Thuja family trees, Hinoki Cypress trees, Blue Spruce trees, Rhododendrons, a double-border paver walkway, a granite lamp post and a granite step. Needless to say, this level of effort spanned a few months however the final outcome was just what we envisioned. The project execution was steady without interruption. I’ve dealt with a few contract companies over time and I was most impressed with the professionalism and courteous nature of the C.M.L. team. If you are considering having work performed I would include C.M.L. within your candidate choices. In fact we do have a few more projects to complete and will contract with C.M.L. without hesitation. Central Mass Landscapes created a beautiful patio for us, with a fireplace included. We love our new outdoor space, thanks to Andrew and his staff! From the beginning Andrew offered excellent suggestions and listened patiently to us as we tried to explain our vision to him. And as the project moved along and we modified our ‘vision’ :), Andrew continued to offer ideas and patience to help us execute the changes. Andrew checked in with my husband consistently throughout the project, and Mike, the team leader of the work crew, also filled us in with the status of the project each time he was at our house. All of the workers that helped to complete the patio were friendly, polite and extremely professional. We will absolutely recommend Central Mass Landscapes to our friends and family!!

I reached out to Chris the owner of CMS and asked if he could find time in his schedule to come by and cut, weed Wack my yard. Not thinking it would be down within a couple days, his work came by after a long hot day and did an awesome job. Yard looked great. I would highly recommend CMS for any landscaping or plowing job.

Unfortunately not dependable and poor quality work. It doesn't matter how reasonable the charges are if you get service only when they feel like it. When they do show up make sure you are on the property to see that the job is getting done properly.

Miller Landscaping did a wall and a walkway for us. The work was excellent and professionally done. This wall and walkway was a fantastic upgrade to what we had previously.
