Savvas is great and I am completely satisfied. He is very timely in his communication and responses, and came by to give me a quote the same day I reached out. Despite rain and other circumstances, he did an entire yard cleanup for me with weed removal as soon as he was able to squeeze it it. He is professional, friendly, and clearly cares about his customers. No hesitation in recommending him and his team for future jobs!

We contacted Mass Landscaping & Snow removal last winter for snow removal for the season. They were prompt, dependable and professional. We had them back to reseed the lawn and cut down trees. Savvas is very knowledgeable and takes pride in his work.

We spent weeks trying to schedule someone to come out and provide a quote. Texts, emails, and false promises. No one ever confirmed an appointment. Very unprofessional. As the customer, I shouldn't have to chase after you for business. I can't even imagine what we should expect for quality if anyone ever actually did come out. We will be going with someone else for our lawn care needs. If you're too busy to take on new service thats fine, but thats what you tell people. You don't string them along. Completely ridiculous.

He walked the entire property with us, answered several of our questions and gave us his suggestions (which we loved). It was refreshing working with such a professional. Within a day we had a detailed estimate in writing, although pricing was more than other companies we felt we were in better hands with Mass Landscaping and went with them. The crew that performed the work was friendly and professional. The owner was on site most of the time and he frequently checked in with us. Mid project we got a big rain storm. The team protected all the plants and trees. They returned and worked hard to finish everything in time. In the end the project was completed in time and the result far exceeded our expectations. We bought a property that the previous owners had seriously neglected. Called several companies to get it back in shape. Savas from Mass Landscaping and Snow was able to come by the same day. Walked the property with us, listened to our ideas and gave us some great suggestions.
We received a quote the next day and a time frame for the job to be completed. The crew was very thorough did impeccable work. They certainly went above and beyond for us. Savvas checked in with us during the work and did a final walk through before leaving to ensure everything met our expectations. We also hired them to do snow removal for us in the winter months and couldn’t be happier.

We finally found the company we wanted in Mass Landscaping and Snow! We were looking for a company that does it all. Prior our lawn guy didn’t do snow removal and our plow guy didn’t do clean ups. When something comes up we reach out and they take care of it for us. So far they have done amazing work with our lawn. Added new plants and flower beds for us. Planted some beautiful shrubs for privacy in our back yard and are doing our snow removal this winter. They even clean the snow off our cars. This company has taken such good care of me for the past 3 winters! Savvas is always pleasant, thorough and very quick to respond to messages. I contacted many companies over the past years trying desperately to find someone who would snow blow and shovel only as my driveway is not plowable. 2 companies pulled out inexplicably after we had verbal agreements and others flat out refused because it wasn't worth it to them. Mass Landscaping & Snow offers snow blowing and shoveling. They understand that the majority of Worcester properties can't be plowed. They also understand that we all need to be able to get out for work and or get back into our drives and they strive to work around your schedule. They have been very successful so far!

Although I never look forward to a snow storm, i know that Mass Landscaping and Snow will have me cleared out completely and in time to get to my first pet sitting appointment of the day, no matter how bad the weather is. I typically do my own yard maintenance and love it. Recently I had knee surgery and I wasn’t healed in time to do my spring clean up. I found Mass Landscaping and snow on google and the reviews impressed me. I called them and scheduled a time to meet. They didn’t just jumped on scheduling an estimate, they took the time to ask me questions and find out about me and my needs, I really liked that. The day of the estimate I met a very professional and polite young man. We went over everything I wanted done. The next day I had an estimate. It was a bit more than I was expecting to spend but I felt very confident in this company. Although we got some rain days, the crew eventually showed up and got right to work. They treated my yard better than I have seen any other company work in the area. Edging was on point, mulch was generously put down, all yard debris was completely gone and they leaf blew even my driveway and deck. I think I may be using them more often than I originally anticipated. Definitely recommending them to anyone looking for quality work.
