I had an awful plumbing situation at my grandmother's house after business hours. The only person to call us back was Evan. I was very upset when he called, and he took the time to calm me down, and assured me he'd be able to make it out to the house. He did! He was so kind, and walked us non-plumbing folks through the process, the payment, and resolution.

On top of his technical expertise, he was respectful of her home, and left everything cleaner than when he arrived. Finding a professional with this level of reliability and integrity is rare which is why I'm a customer for life. You can trust Mass Pike with your grandma! And let’s be honest, you definitely want this guy on your side in a shitty situation.

This guy is passionate about plumbing! And I get it, after my toilet started overflowing, I suddenly was very passionate myself. That said, Mass Pike was super responsive, very effective and reasonably priced, especially for an emergency call. They made a crappy experience as painless as a flooding bathroom can be.
