Gustafson replaced the water line from the street to my mother's home, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Their team was knowledgeable, professional, and truly stood behind the quality of their work. I highly recommend Gustafson for any water line replacement needs.

The plumbers texted and arrived early. They were cheerful and helpful. They installed our new garbage disposal, but went further to replace the piping to minimize spots likely to clog. They pointed out unusual features of the new unit. Also he showed us the gunk in the old pipes and recommended flushing much longer after grinding to prevent future clogs. They swept up thoroughly after they finished.

We were immediately put at ease by their cheerfulness and competence. They worked quickly and efficiently.

We are very happy with Gustafson and have used them multiple times over the last 10 years.

Waited 4 months for the manager to return my call after calling the office several times to discuss an invoice. When I finally got a call back the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Spoke down to me after being a long term customer who has spent thousands of dollars using the service. I've never been treated in that manner by anyone especially as a customer. I will be filing a complaint regarding my experience with the better business bureau.

I'm guessing who you get is depending on the reviews. I called for a clogged tub. Found out the trap was rocksolid old. So he had to cut my pipes and replace. 2 hours maybe, but everything was done perfect and outcome is amazing! If you worried about the reviews, request for CHRIS, he did amazing at my house. I would recommend him. Price is average. A lot of competition out there. I'm satisfied with who I went with. I will use them again.

I called Garabedian plumbing and heating, the women on the phone was so very pleasant and helpful. I told her my tankless water tank hot water no pressure they sent out the plumber Zack very nice now I know this unit has to be cleaned yearly now. I recommend this company very highly . They were a pleasure to have complete the work at my house (unclogging garburator drain). Would certainly call them anytime. Came when they said they would. James Martin was professional, courteous and got the job done quickly. Great experience. Would definitely call them again for any plumbing problem.

This is the second time using Garabien plumbing. They continue to provide efficient and thorough service. Today Rick came to replace are outdoor hose and explained the source of the problem to my wife and then was able to talk to me by phone while I was at work. Rick was able to relocate the hose properly to ensure no further leakage. Rick was polite and friendly. He even assisted my wife with reconnecting the hoses. We have had Garabedian out a few times to work on a toilet in one of our bathrooms. They were very prompt and were able to come out quickly. The first visit alleviated the problem temporarily but we ended up needing an entirely new flange cut and soldered on. This resulted in another visit but they were very fair in pricing and gave us a deal since they hadn't fixed the issue the first time. We intend on using them for future projects.

UPDATE: We have had Garabedian out 2 more times since my original post, once for water supply line replacements and once to have a steam pipe capped off. They were again prompt and professional with these fixes. I have updated my rating from 4 to 5 stars based on these additional visits.

Great experience recently with this firm. Water heater was leaking, ready to go. I called a competitor, they gave me estimate of $4,200, which seemed high. I called Garabedian, their service manager Jimmy said there might be a warranty on my current heater. I sent him some pics with serial #, etc. and he verified warranty was in place. The heater was at no cost and service tech, Zack, did a nice job on the installation; bill came to under $1,000, saving me $3K. The competitor never mentioned possibility of warranty on my old tank. I'll continue to give these guys my business and tell my friends & family as well.

I've been a customer of Garabedian for over 10 years and wouldn't go with anyone else. My experience has always been good with them - from small issues with my furnace to larger plumbing jobs. They price fairly and have never gone back on an estimate, even when sometimes they wind up having to do more work than planned. They do a good job of scheduling, show up on time, and do good work.

Garabedian plumbing responded quickly when I needed an estimate for a replacement furnace. Even though I did not end up using them for the work, their estimate was competitive and they were very pleasant and professional.

Our tenant called us Friday pm to let us know the water heater was leaking. Even though it was Friday evening, I began calling around (ABC order) for a plumbing company.
By evening’s end, I had received no return calls. On Sat am at 8:30, I called Garabedian Plumbing:: and received a call back by 8:40. RICK gave me an amount, and said he would be at the house soon. I met him at 9:45 and the work began. He also wore an N95 mask, and I and the tenant were most appreciative.
RICK and Garabedian Plumbing will get ALL of our business from now on.

First of all, Garabedian’s is the best plumbing company in central MA! We have had them out to our home in Northborough multiple times, and each time the plumbers come we get a professional, thorough, and swift job done by friendly, competent crews.
For example, I woke up to a ceiling leak this morning; I called before 8, explained by issue (active leak), Mike and Sal showed up around 10:30 and they were done by 11:30 - leak fixed!
They were friendly and efficient and bonus: they loved my dog!
You can’t ask for any better plumbing service! Trust me!

Rick save the day once again
After my husband tried to fix something and made it worse, Rick came out and saved the day and showed us the correct way it should have been done. So professional and knowledgeable. Truly an asset to your company!

Garabedian was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and clean! Jesse did the work on our house. He was awesome! Even helped me find a new tub by recommending a little known place. He was the best! James M did an excellent job with my plumbing repair! He could not have been nicer in helping me diagnose the problem at my house and then fixing things promptly. This was my first experience with Garabedian Plumbing & Heating Inc and I could not have been happier with how smoothly everything went.

I called and spoke to the customer support rep who gave me an estimate of the repair and the schedule of when the contractor would arrive. James M was the contractor who was assigned the repair job at my house - he was courteous, professional, and answered all my questions regarding the water problem and what needed to get repaired. After James completed the repair, the water leak in my bathroom was fixed.

I recommend Garabedian Plumbing & Heating Inc's services to anyone who needs plumbing / heating repair, and I would definitely call them again for any future problems I have.

After we were scheduled for a new (and expensive) Water Heater install, Rick quickly determined that the cause of our leak was a failed Heating Element and not a ruptured tank! He and his crew were able to quickly install a new element, clean up, and save us quite a bit of money. Very professional and highly recommended.

We have always have had good service from this company. Recently we had a water leak in our kitchen. Rick was the plumber who serviced. He was quick to identify the issue and made sure to go above and beyond to fix it so there are no future issues with that pipe. He was very friendly and explained everything as he was working. Most of all the pricing was very reasonable .

We recently started using Garabedian Plumbing and they have been here twice now for different reasons. The first time to fix a leaking kitchen sink, or so I thought, it ended up to be a pipe behind the wall. The job ended up being bigger than expected, however Jimmy did a great job. This time James M. was here to fix two leaking toilets, but when he showed up, we had another leak elsewhere. James did a great job fixing all the leaks. He was very friendly and offered suggestions on what would be best for a future remodel. I will definitely be using Garabedian in the future.

My plumbing issues were defined and resolved today, after 3 years, because Garabedian sent Rick, a plumber with a fundamental understanding of heating AND water systems. I now have hope for my two tank water filtration and oil heat system because FINALLY I have found a plumber who “gets” it!!!
