Horrible work, no call back or response to emails. We made an appointment for a sink install, our sink delivery was delayed so we called GP's front desk a day before to say "We have to reschedule for next week". Their crew shows up the next day anyway and are annoyed "Nobody told us". We call their desk back "Please tell your crew, come next week like we instructed you, call my wife's cell phone when you are arriving at 8am." Next week comes, 8:30am and no crew .. so my wife leaves for 20 min to drop off my son at school. They show up, call MY phone and leave a message "Since no one is home, we're going to charge you an extra hour for not being home" and they leave. I call back, explain that their dispatcher screwed up again by not calling my wife as instructed. They finally show up and scratch / gouge the new sink upon install, and now two days later we find a slow and steady leak from the new pipes ... I call and am told "Oh, we'll see if we can have someone out in a few days". As of now, no returned emails, no returned phone calls.

We called Garabedian Plumbing to install a replacement kitchen faucet. It was very easy to get an appointment. We could not have been more pleased to have Eric who did the work. He did a great job and was thorough, informative and delightful to have in the house. We are very happy customers and happy to recommend Garabedian Plumbing!!

8 AM -Our Water Heater decided to fail and leak in our basement. We called Garabedian Plumbing. I sent a photo to them of our current water heater.
8:15 AM. received call back from Garabedian telling us they had a quality water heater in stock and would come by same day to install.
10 AM Garabedian arrives , removes the old water heater and install new one. This is not easy- some new exhaust pipes installed to meet current code, getting permit and inspection from City of Worcester. I asked for addition of drip pan.
2 PM Zach and Kyle install new water heater and 1/2 hour later the water is hot. My wife is very happy-which makes me happy.
Invoice is very reasonable for a quality AO Smith water heater with 6 year warranty. Workmanship on installation looks first rate.
Garabedian Plumbing was recommended to me by my neighbors and they gave me great advice. A very good experience that started with a what I thought was a big problem.

I have had wonderful experiences with Garabedian Plumbing without fail. They are incredibly responsive and do excellent work. They installed my hot water tank two years ago and recently installed a new heating system among other things. Rick is the main person I deal with and he is AWESOME. Great to deal with, professional, terrific customer service and extremely knowledgeable. I had a disaster experience with the prior company I used (major local company) and I am so glad I switched to Garabedian and glad to deal mainly with Rick. I highly recommend Garabedian.

UPDATE: It is now November 2025 and I had additional work done by Garabedian. Excellent quality and great guys- Nate and Eric. I continue to highly recommend.

We hired Garabedian two weeks ago to prepare for a dishwasher installation. We decided to get more plumbing work done which included replacing 5 old shutoff valves, removing the garbage disposal and putting in new drain/waste pvc, a new sink flange, and two new union traps. Rick was our technician, and was great to work with! He was very professional, polite, and gave us a ton of good advice. He answered all our questions and didn't try to upsell us on anything. The work was stellar and done in a short period of time. We felt the quote was fair and reasonably priced, and would highly recommend Rick and Garabedian to others.

Called Garabedian plumbing when our hot water heater began to leak. They came out immediately and diagnosed the problem and returned shortly thereafter and installed a new heater. Conscientious staff completed the work and cleaned the area in just a few hours. Very happy with the result. I highly recommend!!!

These guys are outstanding. Al (Alec) arrived precisely on time, looking sharp in his Garabedian shirt. He immediately conveyed a sense of confidence that he knew what he was doing -- and he just got everything done quickly, efficiently, properly. And then some: there actually were two other jobs we hadn't originally had on the call order, and he took care of those effortlessly too. He was a superb communicator -- letting us know what he was doing and what he was going to do. And he left the place super-clean and tidy. Five out of five stars! Ten out of ten stars!

First-time homeowner. Never had to hire a plumber before but the drain in our basement bathroom sink was clogged pretty bad so I called Garabedian based on internet reviews. The woman who took our call was very polite. She explained their pricing & fees before booking the service call for us. No unexpected up-charges or surprise fees. They couldn't guarantee same-day service (for non-emergencies) but we got lucky and Sean was able to get to us within two hours of calling. Sean was very professional & friendly. He diagnosed the problem quickly, drilled into the drain pipe, snaked the clog, and patched it back up. Will call them again if I ever need a service plumber.

First off, this company was referred to me by several people. I called for a clog in my main pipe and they came out the same day. They were able to diagnose the problem, explain everything and had it all fixed quickly (Seriously about an hour total).

The overall price was very fair and I will absolutely use 1896/the drain guys in the future if I ever need anything plumbing-related again.

An excellent drain cleaning company. Had an emergency, they were very responsive and honest, and diagnosed without over charging. Would recommend to everyone.
