All plumbers are not equal!!! I had Landry’s come out to change a faucet, I had purchased. All the guys were nice except it turned into a long appointment where they couldn’t turn off the water so… the new estimate was about 300% more. 1896/The Drain Guys came out and had it all fixed in an hour for a fraction of the cost. The best thank you!!!!

Don't use them they're very unprofessional. I waited most of the day for service on a non‑working boiler while caring for a toddler in a cold home. When the technician finally arrived, he refused to provide service and left immediately because the parking situation wasn’t “ideal.” This was an urgent no‑heat situation, and leaving without even attempting to help was unacceptable and put my family at risk.

My drainage clogged and the pipe bursted in the basement, Menwon sent one of the workers who came the same night and repaired everything. The company also replaced my water heater when it got damaged and also repaired my toilet. I highly recommend Menwon plumbing for the good price, politeness, time consciousnesses, and for the professionalism.

Very dishonest about their prices!!! When I called them for drain cleaning, they told me an acceptable price to get my order. But when the guy (the owner) got to my home, he asked for a totally different price, which was more than doubled that he told me over the phone. Keep away from them unless you are a better crook than they are.

If you need a plumber in a central MA these are your guys. Great service good quality work and honest and competitive prices. It’s not easy to get a honest plumber that does good work shoes up on time and guarantees their work. Thank you for your help.

Aaron was very fast to respond, and also fast to come and assess the problem and provide an invoice. He then was able.to turn around and replace the water heater that very day. Will be using him for future repairs and projects!

When I called Menwon plumbing because I had an old pipe that had a hole and was leaking. Aaron came right away. He gave me a reasonable estimate.
