In my experience with K & N plumbing exceeded the expectations. Having a catastrophic event, like a basement flood is enough to throw anyone into a tail spin. Jaime and his crew exceeded our expectations. They were prompt, organized, and great about communicating with us on the process every step of the way. They are knowledgeable, experienced, and fair. Food was good and included all utensils and condiments I needed being I was not going to eat at home

Very unresponsive. Had problems with toilet and the problem was not resolved after 2 visits.Repeated calls got no response. I guess they only want the big jobs.

Installed gas line failed to meet code and leaks. The owner came back once to remedy the code violation but did not fix the leak and refuses to fix the leak in the line. Jack Dumas refuses to fix the problem. I am hiring another plumber so that I can turn my gas back on.

My management company hired Jack to swap out a 40 gallon water heater at one of our properties. The bill cam to $1,352.66 which was a bid excessive.... So, I called and left a v-mail for him to call me back, so I can get an actual breakdown of the charges..... Long story short, he calls me back and before I can get a word in he says "I know what you are trying to do. OK !.... the price is what it is""" and than he just hung up on me! I don't like leaving reviews, let alone bad one, since I know how much it means in the service sector, but I could not overlook this guy's bad manner and his short temper. YOU DO NOT SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER LIKE THAT. and you DO NOT hang up on customer. Hope you treat your next customer better.

Chris came out to our house and showed up right on time. He fixed the problem that we had with our boiler with the utmost professionalism. Jack Dumas definitely has a new customer for life.

We put an addition on to our home and Jack Dumas was the plumber who did all the plumbing. There were some plumbing issues with his poor workmanship and when called to come back and fix it he became very rude and unprofessional and stated he would not be coming back to fix the problems. I would never recommend his services based on poor work and because he conducts himself in a very rude and unprofessional manner.

Chris was great and they came out to my house within 20 minutes of calling them on a Sunday afternoon. There was a leak in my ceiling and in about an hour, he had diagnosed it and told me they could come back the next day to repair it. Would absolutely recommend!
