Nothing like a holiday weekend to ensure you have a plumbing issue. A clog was creating an overflow issue and needed immediate attention. Phone rep was courteous and efficient and service was scheduled immediately window 1-3. To follow the app for dispatch updates. I was notified they were experiencing delays at 1:30. I explain the app hasn’t told me anything and they said they couldn’t help with that but I would be notified of timelines. At 2:15 I was told a tech should be there in 30 - 45 mins. At 3:30 I called to find out if there was an issue and the dispatcher told me the technician was in a town an hour away. They assured me I would still get service. At 4:30 the tech arrived. He was polite and earnest in his efforts to help. He worked hard and I would give him a good review. He was hesitant about troubleshooting an issue but for an emergency service on a holiday weekend I was grateful for his efforts and his help. My only criticism is that I wish I’d been better informed about the delay so I could have eaten food and adjusted. The app was useless. Fortunately Jude was not and I’m optimistic the problem was resolved.

Jude came out and proceeded to unclog my main drain pipe. He was very professional and worked efficiently and effectively. Would recommend Jude for any drainage needs.

The technician Anthony explained everything that he was doing and worked very hard to resolve a clog in our house main drain (which saved us from a more costly procedure). He also provided recommendations that would help avoid the situation from happening again. He was also kind and courteous.

Kit did a very good job...He assessed the problem and cleaned out a sink drain and checked the mainline to the septic. He was courteous and quick.

Our toilet has been having issues with flushing. My own attempts to solve the issue had not worked. John from Roto Rooter had the issue resolved within 5 minutes. Excellent service!

I've hired Roto Rooter 3 times now. All great experiences. This one was particularly proficient, clean and professional. When he quickly finished unclogging the tub drain, he carefully wiped under his boots before taking a step out of the tub.

I will highly recommend. Warley was amazing. So patient and professional. I had a pretty bad clog in my kitchen sink and he spent hours until it was cleared. He explained everything that was happening and really seemed to care. The price was very reasonable.

John H. came late on a Saturday night to clear a clogged drain at my house. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to get the drain unclogged. Once the water started to flow he knew he solved it. In addition he made sure the area was clean before he left. Thank you John for the terrific service!

Not sure if this is the correct location. We experienced issues with our restroom. Called in the morning, later that day Manny came and fixed the issue in only one hour! He cleaned up well and was very friendly. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.
