We had an issue with a backup in one of our labs. Both Denys and Bryan showed up promptly and were able to discover the issue. The issue was due to some sanitary clamps and fittings that had fallen down the drain. Both Bryan and Denys worked for several hours to remove the parts from the pipe and got us flowing again.
