I'm so happy to have recommended Dumas plumbing to my mom. She had a leak in one of the heaters in her bathroom. Dumas plumbing came out and resolved the problem in less than 30 minutes. The gentleman was kind and explained exactly what he was doing. Thank you guys again!!

They did a great job on our bathroom! They replaced our stand alone shower and sinks. The plumbers that came were very kind and respectful. They worked with us and took time to answer our questions and explain things as we needed.

Just awful!!! Zach spent 5 minutes to relight the pilot in my 81 year old mother’s water heater and charged her $175. When I called him in inquire about this charge, he hung up on me! Terrible experience.

Jack Dumas is the only plumbing company I will use! The first time I called he called me back the same day and set up an appointment immediately to repair a pressure reducer. I have been very happy with Jack and Chris ever since and highly recommend them.

We had an issue with our trap and needed a professional to get all the connections right. I called Jack and he was able to fit us in the following day. His son, Zach came to perform the work and was very courteous and knowledgeable. There was part we had installed that was leaking and he thought he was able to fix it but it ended up leaking a bit after he left. Jack returned my call later that night and Zach came back in the morning. In addition to prompt, top-notch service, their prices were also reasonable. Would definitely use again and am happy we found a reliable plumber in Worcester!

I used these guys just today for a frozen burst pipe in my bathroom. They were walking out my door less than 20 minutes after arriving. They are fast, professional, and knowledgeable. I'm extremely happy with the service that was provided. After calling 14 other numbers I'm greatful that they were able to fit me in so quickly. I called at 1:30, they were at my house at 2 and out by 2:20. I highly recommend this company and will absolutely be using them if I need to in the future

Update: Had the same guys come out to try to install the toilet that service master to kindly left in my kitchen. They were helpful and knowledgeable but we're unable to install the toilet. When I talked to the owner Jack he was very nice. It wasn't until I refused to have his guys attempt to rig up a toilet in my demolished bathroom for myself and my 3 small children, that he got nasty and out right rude. I will never use this company again. Jack's staff is great, very nice, but their downfall is their very unprofessional owner. On top of the bad customer service (by the owner) I received a bill for $125 just for coming out. When they fixed the pipe that caused all of this in the first place I was charged $154 ( cost of the cap they replaced was $4) was outright told the original time that they had to up the price due to demand.

I just had some plumbing work done with this company. I called early this morning (6:30). Zach called me back within a few short minutes. I was told they would see me between 10 and 2. At noonish Cooper showed up (calling ahead of time). He is very professional. Worked at replacing a small item in my toilet tank. He then looked at my two outside faucets that have been leaking. He fixed both within 10 or so minutes. All old parts were taken away. I highly recommend this company. Thank you so much. You have a very happy new customer.

Zack and Jack Dumas have done maintenance on my furnace for about three years and I always had a good experience. They had Elias, a younger plumber, come to fix my leaking toilet and he did an awesome job and was he was super-professional. Good prices, honest guys, very good experience all around, whether it was myself or my husband at home on days they visited.

Tyson is super easy to work with!

Woke up to a frozen/ burst pipe in my basement. Called a few people who couldn’t make it! Tyson made us a priority and got to our house within an hour to fix the problem! His work was great, he was friendly, and didn’t overcharge me! I would definitely recommend him for any of your heating/plumbing needs!

Tyson came through when all others were to busy to come in an emergency. He heard that I had small children in the house and would not let us sleep in a cold house. He came as promised and his price was fair. Once I saw his costumer service and great work I contacted him for future projects. I highly recommend Tyson and rate him 5 🌟 stars.

On Saturday Morning my family and I woke up to no heat, I went and checked out boiler and there was an indicator for ignition failure. I called no less than 20 different companies desperately looking for an emergency visit.

19 of those companys were answered by call centers or not at all, only 1 was answered by a Master Plumber who knew his stuff and that was Tyson Plumbing.

Tyson fit me in to a busy Saturday schedule at an extremely reasonable rate, diagnosed the problem, and worked with me to source an incredibly hard to find part in less than 48 hours.

When the part arrived Tyson made us a priority and arrived to replace it, the part repair went great. We then realized somewhere in our home a pipe froze, Tyson worked with us to thaw the pipes, clearned out the baseboards, refilled, and then waited to confirm there were no unexpected leaks.

We recently purchased a 100 year old home. Tyson's Plumbing replaced some pipes for us before we moved in. Ethan has done several repairs for us and is polite, arrives on time and resourceful. He recently did a difficult toilet flange replacement and toilet replacement complicated by rotten subflooring. This was a somewhat urgent situation and they came quickly. Prices seems reasonable compared to others.

We had an excellent experience with Roto-Rooter from start to finish. Our septic pipe clogged late on a Friday night, and I was relieved when they were able to come out at 10 p.m. to fix the problem by snaking the septic pipe. Denys, the plumber who arrived, was both professional and friendly. He explained the entire process to us in detail, making sure we understood what needed to be done and why.
