Great and super fast service on an urgent repair. Very grateful. All those in communication with us were professional and excellent to work with.

The entire experience was seamless. We had an urgent situation , a human picked up the phone when we called and we had Jason at our house within 90 minutes. This was in the evening. He immediately diagnosed the problem, went about fixing it, was courteous and cleaned up before he left

Of course needed emergency services on a Saturday night and Jude came out to problem solve the issue for us at 10pm! He was professional, kind, patient and understanding of a accidental but difficult situation. We really appreciate him getting our plumbing back up and running in a pinch. We had guests staying over so I can't say enough about how much we appreciated the plumbing rescue!! Thanks again.

I called Roto Rooter when my plumbing backed up and I could not clear the clog with a toilet snake. They were out within an hour and had to remove the toilet to clear the clog. After snaking it with an industrial sized snake they cleared the clog which was all the way out to the septic tank. They replaced the toilet and left everything nice and neat (and easy for me to bleach).

The initial price was over $1000, but he gave me a discount.

Overall, I am very pleased with the service.

Called BEI because my water heater's temperature and pressure release valve was leaking. He walked me through, step by step, on how to change the valve myself. Not only was he honest, but he saved me a lot of money.

Four years ago the Bob did an oil conversion to gas at Congregación Maranatha in Uxbridge, MA In which everything was replace and the benefits are extraordinary. BEI Plumbing is top notch. Super friendly, easy to deal with, great work, and a very reasonable price. I highly recommend BEI, and will use them for all my future plumbing needs.

The work Bob did on our house looked like it belonged in a commercial building--it was that pristine. We could tell Bob really cared about doing quality work, and it showed. If we had any issues (only one small one--wiring) he personally came down to make sure it was corrected. Our heating system is one of the pictures below--against the wall.

The best part is obviously the money we've saved. Our heating bill went from $419 every 3 weeks to an average of just over $50 for the month. I've got the bills to prove it if you need a reference.
