Love these guys. After going through several different contractors, we found Domination and have used them for several different things now, from issues with our hot water to installing a brand new heating system. I had an issue with my broiler where my heater wouldn’t shut off even with the thermostat being off. I called on New Year’s Eve and they were able to send someone out. I had a gentleman named Casey who was great! Immediately knew what the problem was and got to work. He was very knowledgeable which was great. Definitely happy with the job!

Scott was exceptionally great. He came on time and finish the job. He cleaned the work area very clean after the work is completed. I got excellent service from domination plumbing. Very prompt response and reasonable price. Definitely work again with domination.

Very pleased with our service today. My parents have had no heat for 3 days and they arrived within 60 minutes of speaking with them this morning. The furnace was fixed very quickly and they were professional and efficient. We would highly recommend!

I was surprised to discover the cost implications of even simple tasks, like clearing a main line drain. After comparing various appraisals for the same job, I found this company offers the most competitive pricing. Overall, I had a positive experience, from the management to the technician who handled the repair. I am very satisfied with the service provided and would certainly recommend them!

We’ve had two fantastic experiences with Domination Plumbing. Jeff is incredibly thoughtful and personable, taking the time to listen carefully to understand our issues and come up with quick and permanent solutions. They execute their work exceptionally well, ensuring minimal disruption to our finished basement.

Our first issue was an outdoor spigot that had frozen the previous year and was leaking. We wanted to fix the outdoor problem and make the indoor shutoff much easier without causing any damage to the finished basement.

Domination Plumbing had Jeff come on-site to inspect the situation and understand the problem. They provided us with a range of quotes for the inside work, including the installation of a high-quality, easy-to-reach shutoff inside and a frost-free spigot. They were transparent about the potential costs and complications, ensuring that we were well-informed.

They quickly scheduled the work. Jeff came back to do the work, arrived on time, and was friendly and approachable throughout the process. He walked us through everything step-by-step, making sure we were completely satisfied with the work. It was an absolute relief to finally have this issue resolved after years of frustration.

While he was here, he also took the opportunity to look at replacing a toilet upstairs, improving the shutoff and plumbing for the water feed, and installing a new bidet seat.

Domination was equally impressive in handling this additional work. Jeff offered to come back and discuss options for the new toilet, suggesting models based on their experience and gathering quotes. After assisting us, they were unable to match the holiday end-of-year deals from Kohler Direct that we had found online. They had us order the toilet directly and scheduled the work for the time the new equipment arrived at our home.

On the day of the bathroom installation, Jeff came back with another friendly and knowledgeable technician to complete the job. They worked diligently and efficiently, ensuring a high-quality finish. Notably, they took the time to explain how to use the smart bidet seat, going above and beyond to provide comprehensive guidance. I was impressed by their genuine interest in the new technology and their commitment to ensuring our satisfaction.

After the installation, Jeff made sure to remove all the shipping materials, old fixings, and hardware, leaving the area spotlessly clean.

Domination has saved me twice now with fantastic and fast service. I had a leaking toilet base and kitchen sink valves on a second floor unit, and a leaking toilet intake valve on a first floor unit. They were super helpful, gave me multiple quotes for different combinations of jobs, and we settled on the best option that made the most sense for us. I would highly recommend!

Our water heater failed. We originally called another company who quoted us almost $3,000 to take out the old water heater and install a new one (which was covered under warranty, labor only). Even after negotiating the other company was still trying to charge me almost $2,000. I called Domination plumbing to get a second opion, and I'm glad I did! They came out within 2 hours, and gave me a quote for $777 dollars. Extremely fair price. They picked up the water heater and installed it the next day. Took them less than 2 hours. I will be calling these guys going forward if I need a plumber. The guys were professional and nice. Thank you!!

After several years of using the same oil company they told me my lines were not up to code & would need to be replaced. They said it would be about $300 so I told them to schedule as soon as possible as I was leaving for a 2 week work trip the following week. They didn't get back to me until after I was away and the quote was now about 1k. They wanted to go up and across the ceiling and add a tiger loop etc. This didn't make sense to me and I spoke to some plumber friends and looked up the laws about the oil line requirements. I responded to them with questions and information I had gathered from the laws and plumbers I knew. They didn't seem very happy about it and I didn't feel like I had my questions answered. I called Domination plumbing to see about them coming to do the work. They answered all of my questions and were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They also went over the different options for a new line as well as the option for a safety valve instead. We decided on the best and most affordable option and they had a quote sent to me within minutes. They scheduled the work for the next morning, which was important because my oil company put deliveries on hold until the system was fixed and I was running low on oil (it had now been over 3 weeks since the oil company told me about this issue as I was away for 2 of those weeks). They showed up the next morning right on time, cleaned up the area in my utility room and got to work. They needed a different fitting as mine was an older model and quickly went to get one. They also suggested a replace the filter housing which was pretty old. They didn't pressure me to fo it but quickly gave me a quote for the additional part. The work was completed without any issue, they accommodated my schedule and were up front about the work and the cost, which was lower than the oil company even with the additional filter housing. I will call them for anything I ever need in the future and couldn't be more pleased with the entire transaction.

Very experienced plumbers. Plumbers take pride in their work. One minor thing was, I agreed to what the plumbers is going to be working on the kitchen faucet. Changes was made while he was working on the project. I wish the plumber could of address those changes to me before going forward. I would of been okay with it because I understand that he needed to make those changes. In the future, i hope domination plumbing take this as a consideration and improve in the future. Overall, communication was very good. Good experienced with domination plumbing.
