Very helpful they have the stuff that they don't have at the big box stores. I'm not a plumber but they gave me the help I needed. They have a fitting for everything.

Im with my 2.5 year old son and needed to finish getting supplies. the staff presented creative ideas and communicated the benefits eloquently. On several occasions the scope changed and the teams ability to respond with resilience and efficiency proves that not only does the staff understand the complex codes but has the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities with ease while being diligent and conscientiousness. But it was the actions taken with my son that had me sold. The act of kinds started with a snack, a drink to wash it down, washed his hands after playing with the fittings, got a tour behind the counter, and after an hour of assembling all the needed parts, one there woild have noticed how genuine the team cared about each other and the customer. Part of me Expected this type of service for a price but when comparing the total cost they beat the box and online retailers!!!

At this point we were on our way out and with my hands full and my son not wanting to leave they carried my son as a grandpa would and buckled him in. Wow!!!!

To the staff. Thank you. We will be back.

I went in to get help with replacing a kitchen faucet sprayer,or if could not be replaced, getting the correct adapters to fit the one that I purchased. The counter guy wouldn't even attempt to find the correct adapters and blew me off. I went to home Depot and they took the time and got me what I needed. Poor customer service at Plumbers Supply Co.

Awesome company awesome management just started coming here the last month or so but three sales people went out of their way because I didn’t have a receipt to return some thing so I could get a refund which I guarantee will not happen at any other plumbing supply company always have what I want in stock and at the best prices will be definitely coming here for everything HVAC and plumbing . Heard about it from a professional plumber friend of mine and glad I came

I needed a simple boiler part to finish a repair. Not being a plumber,
I wondered if I would be as welcome as a professional.
The part was in stock, at only a couple dollars more than Home
Depot ( which was out of it anyway)
The place is modern, clean, and the service was friendly and efficient.
I will not even bother with Big Orange next time. Give this place a try !

I would watch yourself going in here unless your an experienced plumber. I had the hot water side of a bidet leaking. Long story short I took the valve off and brought it down to plumbers supply granted it was 20min before closing on a Friday not the best time to get help. I just figured they would know right away what this valve was and I could get some info on how to fix. I should of done my own research in the first place which I had to do after this experience. The counter person had the look like I was showing him some kind of new alien technology. He first stated he wasn't going to be able to provide any internal components to repair instead of replace. I figured the hell with it I buy the whole new valve how much could it actually cost? After punching some computer keys he came up with $638 dollars. He called me around to show me the screen and it showed a pair of valves complete with new chrome handles. I asked what would be the price for the single and he said there's one left at the warehouse its $448. I spent a lifetime in construction on the site work side of things ( retired excavator operator) even know I'm not a plumber I knew those prices seemed absurd the whole bidet itself didn't cost $600 dollars. When I returned home and did my research turns of what I had was a moen 4999 rough in valve. It turns out to be a very common valve and there's a cartridge you simply unscrew and replace the replacement is carried at the big box stores it costs 15 dollars. Leak fixed.
I get you've worked a long week and do not feel like dealing with a homeowner holding a leaky valve 20 min before closing. That being said my impression of Plumbers supply is what you'd think it would be unless your an experienced plumber that knows what you need stay away.

Best plumbing supply around, top notch materials and people front to back. They go above and beyond every single time. This last time I called them 2 min before closing and they left a couple parts for me outside and told me to pay them next time. Most stores don’t even answer the phone within 15 minutes of closing. We’re very fortunate to have them. I’ve been going there for 10 years and not once have I ever had a bad experience. Thanks to them. I was able to complete the job and get the customers water turned back on.

Called a while ago and asked if they had a 2 inch brass coupling in stock they said no, I asked if they could order it for me and if they would take a credit card over the phone and they said no.

Called Winnelsons and asked them to order it for me and didn’t even need to provide payment beforehand they ordered it on the spot. Would not recommend using plumber supply- they’re just showing up for work not actually helping people. The goofballs don’t even know what a retention head is, had to explain it to them 4 times before they came back with a retention head instead of an end cone.

Within an hour Paul fixed my gas furnace, explain error codes, basic start-up procedure and gave me useful tips on HVAC and plumbing.

I had a leak behind my finished basement wall, I needed someone ASAP, I called a few places, no one could come out and help me that day.
I called Domination, they knew l needed help so they fit me in, they had someone at my home in about 45 minutes. The Tech was very friendly and professional, he had my leak fixed in no time. He also informed me of another issue that I had that he also took care of. With all the work done, someone from the office called and gave me a discount.
Bottom line they were nice, professional and reasonably priced. I will definitely call them with my future needs.
